Have a mix pack of auto flowers from ILGM arriving end of the week.

5 beans each

Second grow. No experience with autos.

Going to keep the grows separate due to height differences.

Cast a vote and help decide.

Anyone with info on any of the strains, I'm all ears!

Regarding autos make sure you get them into their final containers ASAP.

Clock is ticking moment they pop through and before you know it they start flowering.

Nice to see how rapid MJ can really be.

I would just start them in their finish pot.

Go with the kush or the gum. All of the jack's I have tried weren't worth all the hype.
They all sound good to me, but I got a real good Jack Herer once at a dispensary that was really awesome. It was almost too strong at first even for me, until I got use to it. Then it became my favorite, until it ran out. So I would say the Jack, but I love OG Kush too. You really can't go wrong in my opinion.

Me too.

But then comes the risk of overwatering if the OP was unaware of how to water a little plant in a big pot.

5 seeds X 3 strains = 15 plants

And if my harvest rate was 20% I wouldn't be growing.
I haven’t grown those but of every strain I have tried (auto), my experience is, you’ll be lucky to get 1 of 5 that is any good. Not sayin don’t try but don’t hold your breath :(. I’m still looking for a decent one so keep us posted.

Then pop 2 of each for a total of 6...
I'm confused....Whats ur harvest rate got to do with anything and what IS a harvest rate?
Sounded like in your first post you said plant 5 and maybe you will harvest 1. That would mean the rate that the plants made it to harvest. Aka 1 out of 5 would be a 20% successful harvest rate for amount of plants planted.

Possibly a bit of jumbled words on my part, but it was almost 3 a.m. :)

And I will say if only 1 outta 5 turns out to be worth a shit, this will definitely be the one and only time I try autos.
Just needed a quick turnaround this time.

How many plants do you intend to begin the grow, and is it under lights or outdoors.
5 at a time. Going to run one strain at a time.
Indoors. 600 hps+315 Cmh. Basement. No tent. 74 deg. And 48-52 RH constantly.
Double layer net available if needed.
Soil. 3gal fabric pots fed with GH 3 part nutes

My only experience with autos was this summer
I popped 5 one DOA the other 4 finished fast, looked nice but airy buds and lame smell , caused me to bin them all

I’ve not really found a good reason to grow an auto indoors as I can get a pretty quick turn over with photos running a 10-12 week cycle with clones. That is a typical turn over with an auto IME. But again I have not grown any indoors due to that’s where I run photos exclusively. Auto’s would be great outdoors for me if I could find a decent one ;).

Start with whichever you don't mind not having be successful. There is so much to dial in that it might be beneficial to wait until you are confident in your setup from start to finish, then do the ones you really are looking forward to trying. You'll also be a lot less antsy with a couple bottles of schwa to use up while your good stuff dries up.

Never planned to run autos but ran into a problem with last grow.
Plants are from a monster crop on my last grow. Had a few a month into flower.
Shit happend (long story, not a growing issue) and I lost my plants.

Heres a pick of what's left of my stash and where my other MC plants are at, so I'm sure you can see why I'm trying autos :)

OK that sounds good. With that much light and plenty of basement space, I reckon you're crazy doing this in soil. I'm using LED but otherwise a fairly similar set up but instead of pot it's hydro, not the DWC stuff you see but similar. Perhaps you should think of doing one it would blow your mind seeing them side by side.

A decent what, auto? What is are your criteria for 'decent'?
