Maintaining composure

Possibly irrational anxiety is developing, here in Da U.P. of MI.
A few minor spots of boytris, on a potted extra in the cage have sparked a cascade of negative thought, doubt and paranoia creeping in, and I can't seem to shake it....
This is my first serious attempt at an outdoor grow, after a few years of solid indoor perpetual gardens. Somehow, one of my crosses, had flowering trigger in the first few days of AUG. I take them 60(ish) days indoors...
The monster in the 4x4x3 raised bed is likely the healthiest plant I've ever grown. The stalk is as fat as a softball...It's massive and thriving, some of the fattest buds I've ever grown, and I'd like to get another 2 weeks at least. I have the ability to cover/uncover the top portion of the cage, so it's a matter of how long I can handle the pressure of holding out, over just wanting it cut and hangin'....
When to cash out....

Pull it together man.

I'm way south of you and having the same anxiety daily lol. Been pulling perfectly fine looking buds apart just to find several calyxs molded. It's funny though, been thinking of selling my business and house and moving to the UP lately , guess I'm definitely going to need a heated greenhouse. At least on slow days I can go fishing and actually be able to eat the single headed non glowing fish and hunt non zombie deer lmao.

Alright, softball is an exaggeration. I'm switching it to beer can, and I'm too paranoid to take pictures.
Even though I'm a registered caregiver, and in a rec legal state, I just can't get past the years of conditioned fear of Federal prosecution.
Can't do it, won't do it.

I feel you man. Outdoor growing is one of the most stressful ways to grow. Besides the constant worry of theft, you’re also worrying about your neighbors, the weather etc. It’s highly stressful, I give major props to all long term growers and the guys with nuts as big as their head, growing in non-legal states. Balls of steel I tell you.

Yeah but when you are pulling 4 to 7+ pounds a plant then it makes all the worry worth it.
I grow in an illegal state and I dont worry about rippers or neighbors... only thing I really stress about is Finnishing longer running strains before the hard frosts come and stays received_925405857634574.jpeg
