I’m having a bad experience with Seedsman right now. I placed an order and paid for it 16 days ago during the Black Friday promotion that was advertised on their website. The order was for $150.58. I noticed in my cart the Black Friday seeds weren’t added but the promotion was still being advertised so I assumed the promotion would have been automatically added in my order. I contacted their support right after placing the order to ensure i was receiving it. Support kept on closing my tickets with no response. Then eventually someone responded to one of my tickets and I was informed that I would NOT receive Black Friday freebies because I was a few hours late to order. Ok I’ll let that slide even though they could have just gained a new repeat customer by just tossing the extra seeds in. However that’s not even my main problem. My main issue is that I ordered 16 days ago and I have yet to been notified of shipment or provided a tracking number that I was told would be available. I contacted support last week and I was told the order would go out Monday or Tuesday. It is now Thursday and still no package shipped or tracking number.
What gives ? Seedsman went downhill or something ? They used to be an “OK” company. It’s my first order with them. I normally order from attitude (just placed an order and got their Christmas promo 2 days late and they still honored it. Paid $128.22 and I’m getting 36 seeds in total and I only ordered a 10 pack. I was provided with an active tracking number 2 days after payment)
