transporting seeds from Spain to usa???

Can I do this legally? I recently bought alot of seeds and dont want trouble. I'm not in a legal state. some people say it's fine as they are souvenirs and all but before I come home I want to make sure I get them home safely it wasnt a small purchase.

my gf freaking out.

I was just gonna throw them in checking with all my vitamins and toiletries. Not hiding them buy not showing off either.

No, not legally. Guess it would depend if you are searched or if they run a dog over the luggage. If they find them they will probably only confiscate them if you are lucky, maybe issue a "spot penalty". Remember you will be asked if you have anything to declare before you re-enter the US. "Failure to Declare" is/can be it's own penalty (19 USC § 1497). Catch 22. Any way you can ship them back via postal, etc? Good luck!

thanks I'm gonna check out ups tomor. I hoped I'd hear from people that have done it before. I could claim novelty souvenirs just not sure its alot of money to me

Ok so I sent 15 packs home. They arrived safe and sound. I checked 5 packs and was never asked about them. Still glad I didn't buy a bunch more but man it was hard not to. I'll be in Denver next week feeling stupid as its probably cheaper from there.

Really glad to hear they made it home me safe. And actually, I was shocked at how much they charge for seeds at the dispensaries in Denver, even medical. Like $15 a seed. Shit I can get awesome clones for the same price down there. So I ordered some seeds from Seedsman, and Attitude seeds, but prefer Seedsman. I've only used 2 seeds so far since I mainly do clones though, so I still have plenty left.

I’m in Denver and can easily find seeds for $22.99 for 6 but must be a Colorado resident at those chain of stores. There is another place I found that anyone over 21 can buy but they’re 55.99 for 6
