The police still have to go through a number of hoops to get the information, which can be tricky.So how do these Mom's get aways with it. Some have been on-line for years. I know folk who order from the same one for a while now. I don't know much on this subject Oddish.
If you use an out-of-country hosting service it makes it even more difficult, as they have to serve a warrant to a non-Canadian company.
Realistically, I don't worry too much about my own information, but thousands of people do and don't expect that their purchases could eventually go public.
As noted before, almost any site can be hacked, so it's possible that it never happens but it's also possible it gets hacked or they get served.
Most MOMs don't worry too much about this, as the real world dispensaries are still the low hanging fruit for authorities.
Online stuff will only be bothered at the provincial or federal level.
