curious again about the yield!
Me too. The last 2 rounds with this same clone both yielded approx 550g from 500W, so will be interesting to see this one. By eye, I think it will be less but not too much less.

This sounds very interesting.Because I'm using UVA/B I've no issues with insects or PM anymore. In the past I've added neem cake to the soil mix but I've finally switched to coco dtw. Even a few hours per day is enough cuz insects can see this wavelength and they avoid them cuz it would damage their dna and kill them. And spores are killed by UV light two. Works extremely well till now and I'm using it since 1,5 years now and have done several runs. Also no bud rot and in summer I've always to fight with a too high humidity, +70% at night usually..
Dude... Nice flowers! I'm currently growing in coco, and although the NFT system seems like less maintenance, I'm not entirely convinced it yields -That Much- more? I mean, if I put that big of clones in coco, I'm persuaded to think I would come out the same? Maybe I am wrong, if so please explain![]()
Did you start a new thread?Anyway, this thread more than a year old time to retire it and move on to some new stuff.
Did you start a new thread?
Did you ever have the problem that the roots of the clones got entangled in the tubes and the sprayers?
Nah not really, the pvc is a closed loop and the mini sprinklers just keep on spinning
And also the roots did not wrap around the tubes?
did they get stck to each other? So the roots of one plant getting entangled to the roots of the other plants?
If the clones are left in there more than 3 weeks ...
Thanks again.
Was worried you totally disappeared.
I am probably gonna try an experiment with a cloner where the 5 cm netpots have 5 cm of space between them. (so heart to heart 10 cm / 4")
The cloner will then be slightly bigger for sure, but I was hoping that I could do some of the vegging in there as well.
But I am worried that after 3 or 4 weeks the roots get tangled. With each other and with the tubes/sprayers.
The tubes I will mount higher in the cloner. Just next to the netpot. And the cloner will be 30 cm / 12" high, so the roots can grow vertically first for a longer time.
