Hehe, pizza fine dining my friend. My Italian friend took me to this place (he has worked in many pizza restaurants in his life). It was when we were in Tenerife. I kid you not it was FUCKING AMAZEBALLS! And lol, no that is not a boiled egg. Its burrata cheese. Basically a big chunk of mozzarella with cream in the middle. Also amazeballs:)

My wife had a pizza with pumpkin cream on it. And then we had these.....OMG
you have to increase the font on this to appreciate the level of omg ecstasy involve.
Deep fried pizza balls with milk and white chocolate sauce.....

I'm going to have Walmart brand chili with beans, mixed with shredded cheese, crushed up cheez-Its, and soy sauce.

Stuffed cabbage and polenta. Made by some Romanian friends before they left for the year. This is the second year we've had it, this year they brought the cabbage leaves over from Romania. It's such a simple recipe but so incredibly good

I knew a Romanian girl at one time. Stuffed cabbage is some good stuff, gotta have the sour cream.
The cabbages are great but the sour cream definitely adds to it. A must imo. The polenta had feta mixed in which was a nice touch. They also added in some diced homemade smoked pork to the pot that one of their grandparents made. It was like a cross between ham,salt pork and bacon with a heavier smoke flavor to it. I have about a lb of that I'm saving they brought me as a gift.

Very nice! There's a Romanian restaurant about two hours from me that I might have to go see soon. This little convo has made me want some stuffed cabbage. Enjoy, you made me a crave something I haven't had in years, lol.

Never got around to the tamales, but here's my version of green chile New England style. Over biscuits with eggs lol @Renfro . One of the ingredients in the biscuits is called Bakewell cream which is made in my home state. I grew up on these biscuits.
