Foliage spraying important?

As a newbie I am overwhelmed with so many methods and things you can do to your plants to promote the growth from the roots to the shoots
( I am a poet and didn’t even know it )

Is it important to spray your plants when the lights are out for a better yield and has anyone ever heard of using fulvic acid & seeweed extract for a spray ?
And what promotes root growth?
Last , had anyone used neem oil for pest control ?

-Spay while lights are out because of risk of HID Lighting leaving spots due to the magnifying effect.
-I use Flowers Kiss or Uncle Johns Blend but if ya feed regularly and correctly then there is no real difference.
-Bacteria, Time and a good rooting supplement will fill pot's fast and "The Bigger the Rootz, the Bigger the Fruitz".
I use Root 66 from Technafloura.... Neem Oil is very common. Happy Growing !

Haven’t tried neem oil, but peppermint spray works great for getting rid of those nasty pests.

Ok, check it out man you need to focus on the basics First..... do not over complicate such a easy thing. Concentrate on your Root System of each plant. Give them bitches only the nutes n water required. It's just a plant man.

I mist my plants with pHed water when they are cloning and in the veg tent. Foliar sprays with nutrients seem like a sticky mess. I am not sure how beneficial it is other than keeping humidity up. Kind of just do it out of habit.

I have 3 good lights.and they are outside if not raining so my light situation is fine , but thanks for your input. Do you even know why these 2 things are good for a better yield ?? I would just like to grow the best healthy mother plant I can with a good root system. What do you do to get fat roots. Healthy roots ?? Help me please. I’m open for any suggestions. I like to learn

Put the fulvic acid in when you water.
From what I've read... fulvic helps more when foliar spraying and humic is better for the root zone?

Yes, it is great for overall plant growth/greening up the plant and good to do prior to taking any clones from the plant you're foliar feeding.Go with twice the amount of fulvic to the seaweed extract. 2-1 ratio

You take his comment as a bashing yet if you understood what he said you would realize his post was the best route for you to learn to grow the plant.

I haven't seen one newbie trying to be a scientist with nutes pull off a good grow compared to the ones that start with the kiss method and will sometimes have lovely plants. Have you?

Thanks for explaining that. Kiss I thought he was being sarcastic my bad and my apologies to HotRodHarley and post has been edited. As to have I had a success grow. I usually do 1 plant and From seeds that I find in a sack of bud never from a seed company. This is my first grow that I know what I am growing and feminized. 5 plants.

Look into SIPS gardening (google earthboxes and there's a really great sips thread here ) and read up on Coots soil mix also on this forum. Learn how to build your own soil that requires water only then you really keep it KISS. Move to SIPS growing and let the plant decide when it needs to drink. The building of the soil costs a little money up front(and a decent sized area to mix and store) and sip containers are large, but if you can do both the soil mix and sips style grow, it runs itself in flower and doesnt get much easier imo.
And no need for much else during veg by just hand watering your soil mix.
