Do you PH your nutrients

as stated I’m title- do you check and adjust ph of your nutrients before watering?
I always did, always. I have a outdoor grow going this year and haven’t adjusted or checked ph once, and the plants look awesome. Well water with mega crop at 3 scoops per 5 gallons. Growing in Coco Loco
Curious if anyone else doesn’t ph their water? Thinking about trying it with my indoors.. I know I read on here someone saying that the medium you grow in should be your PH buffer so it doesn’t matter. appreciate any feedback

No need to check or adjust pH in soil. This is pretty well known. Indoors or outdoors but especially in the ground.

I pH because I grow in 100% coco. But I have plants outside in a mix of FFOF and Happy Frog soil right now and I don't pH for those. No need. In fact when I water and am not feeding I just use the damn garden hose to water them with. Plants look great.

You don't need to pH for soil and also testing runoff pH from soil is worthless as well.

Coco Loco is just a soil blend that uses coco instead of peat. I wouldn't bother with pH using that product.

Where does it say on the bag to pH? It says in the ingredients that it has dolomite lime for pH adjustment.

Maybe this is different packaging but it doesn't say to pH.

My bad, I thought I saw it on there. Must’ve been something I read somewhere, and people I’ve seen adjust their water. After reading info on their website it says it will automatically ph

You're using 3 full scoops for 5 gallons??? This is my first time using Mega Crop, and it's been working great for veg, by just using a scoop to the line per 5 gal. I also add 5gm of Sweet Candy. Like the package says....

That much hasn't fried out your plants? Serious question, since I haven't gone higher on the feeding.

Oh, and I have both inside and outside plants in Happy Frog. I don't PH anything. Lucky so far, I guess....

I started them in early March. They’re about 7’ tall right now and love the heavy feedings. I tend to feed all my
Plants a little more than recommended as long as they can handle it.

Cool. Thanks, that's good info to know. I'll keep that in mind when my soil starts to fade.
