I guess my recipe wouldn't be very helpful for you then. I have to ph down. I never ph up. My tap water is 9.4, ppm 400-600. Been using it for years with no problem. What's my feeding EC, or ppm? No clue. After nutes my res is about 7.4, I ph down with battery acid to 6.1 now, been using the acid for over a year now, too. I more or less use the schedule at half.
When I had deficiencies earlier, I found out that I had drifted down over time to about 1/3 the schedule. I went back in my notes to last year, and am feeding that now, and am back on track.
You can basically take the DG schedule and wipe your ass with it. I found out the advertising and sales person is who put it together. This person has one grow under their belt. So, take that for whatever it's worth.
