Long Term Health Concerns

I think the pot made me, if not lazy, at least less motivated in the long run.
Less motivated or less stressed about getting things done? I've been smoking pot since the late 70's and use to worry about pot making me lazy. It didn't.
I found life got a whole lot easier when I stopped giving a shit about things. Sometimes smoking weed drains the motivation, other times it energizes me. The trick is not to care either way!

I may not have been very motivated to begin with :) but you're right, I don't care...

Hash I haven't tried in a long while.

Chiropractor I visit on the regular. Also physiotherapist who does acupuncture, dry needling, cupping and massage. Backs suck.
I have the same issues two compressed disks in my back (one torn) and a bulging disk in my neck narrowing the foramina among other issues. Drink lots of water, try using a inversion table as much as you can for short periods, and an over the door traction machine will help if the disk is in your neck....

As for weed, I eat a lot these days and stuff with CBD & THC every day. Seems to help, hasn't hurt me at all over the last 30 years of toking every day either. People have no idea I am high at all, ever.

For memory issues you may want to try lions mane, it is apparently a neuroregenerative substance that may benefit you some.
Fuck yeah, Joe Rogan interviewed Paul Staments the fungi guru said that lions mane is definitely a medicinal mushroom

Salutations,

Cough - this one is pretty self-explanatory...
It's not that evident, no, but i've managed to fix this challenging issue some long while ago after making circles around what i now tag as "Hot Dry Air Ovenizers" for a couple years. It seems "Inlet Water" from the extra-hot exhaust gases of clean-burning butane provide a feature not found in other water scenarios which only apply after the vaporisation process instead of before... If my interpretation is exact there benefit from collecting H2O + CO2 from the corona of a blue torch flame resulted in self-moisturization on top of "potentialization". It turns out that Hot Dry Air alone has a Specific Heat Capacity of 1 while it's 2 for steam, hence such mix must necessarily range inbetween, e.g. the "Transport Agent" or stream that is normally 1 for the vast majority of devices appears to get boosted in presence of Inlet Water. Assuming that's correct it implies more energy is carried, which once combined to a pulse-mode consumption method may explain why frequent couphing and other forms of discomfort have practically vanished while retaining satisfactory aroma/taste appreciation.

Too bad those who could help DUPLICATE & PEER REVIEW concluded years ago this was just preaching from a lunatic.

...liquid oil that isn't entirely vaporized...
Perhaps the Sublimator by Enrico Bouchard used to offer a potential solution which involved a 2-Heaters path: 1st "Release/Transport" and probably also "Activate", then re-heating past vaporization was claimed to cause the microscopic droplets of noble molecules to get thinner and that was presumed to ease transit from lungs alveoles to blood circulation.

All concatenated in a half page using only 2 paragraphs. Wow, i sure need to save that rare sample!

Euh...

Good day, have fun!! :peace:

Sublimator is the shit for smoking. That thing is the bomb, gets me high as fuck everytime I smoke with Marijuana man on his show. That's the only place I've tried it due to the 1200$+ price tag. MM gets his for free.

how does that thing work then?
You heat the tip real hot, then stick it into a pile of shatter and inhale like a straw.
My peers call it the suicide straw because it's extremely easy to push it in too far, inhale too hard or just generally get a mouthful of shatter.

I don't make my own shatter anymore, but I used to.
Right now I get an oz of it, put it in an ice cube mold and it lasts me months.
