What’s wrong with this picture

I recently put two seeds in the ground and got two beautiful plants in veg I decided to tie one down and now it seems like it’s suffering it’s not dry because I watered it a few days ago with some nutrients I just want to know if I’m being paranoid or there’s actually something wrong so if anybody has any questions for me please ask away and I will give as much information as I can to solve this little problem. I will also include a before and after picture there’s one plant that’s not tied down and one of them is.

What is your light source?
What is your water source?
How often do you water & How much?
Temps & Humidity?
Strain & how old is the plant?
What brand of soil and did you add anything? If yes, What and When
Pot size?

I forgot to ask if he was growing them indoors now or if they have full sun outdoors. If it's full sun outdoors, that water would mostly evaporate, but the roots might be getting baked in a pot that small.
 
You can also add a 1-inch layer of coco croutons or hyroton to the bottom of the pot top prevent root rot but without more information, I cant tell you that is the issue.
Truth is everyone is guessing based on your photos, Give us more info about the grow, please

This could be a simple case of transplant shock.

I have a 1000w HPS, I water with my own well water, I give them each 4 L of water or 4 L of feed every week in a 7 gallon fiber pot, I bought weed a couple of years ago which was really good hybrid seeds that were kept in the fridge all this time, my true plants are about 1-2 months old ( from hatching). I get my Pete Moss for free at a Pete Moss plant and it’s their top product it has everything in it.

I let them dry more than an inch deep below the surface and I water between 3-5 days apart, my pipes are really light when it’s watering time trust me they are dry at watering time. My trays have no runoff unless the soil is so dry that the water rills right off the soil onto the tray. When there is a runoff the pot usually soaks it up within an hour anyway.

I’ve been growing them indoors since hatching

So are you telling me that maybe next crop I should go with 10 gallon pots instead of seven ?

I transplanted them in my 7 gallon pots about two weeks ago and they were doing really really good until I tied about eight branches down .

I understand you can’t pinpoint exactly much about my operation at this point but every little bit from everybody really helps

I’m wondering if, when I put my stakes in the ground to hold the branches down, I wrecked some roots as I planted the stakes???

1000w metal halide full power
Well water that isn't treated or shocked, drinkable
Every 4-7 days 4 liters each
27-32 celcius humidity is comfortable
Unknown strain seed outta medical dispensary, little over a month old
Sphagnum peat moss produced by a local company straight outta the bog not amended, nothing added
7 gallon smart pots
