Advise on drying

Hi

I’m growing in a pretty rank basement. Everything has gone pretty sweet so far, no bud rot as of yet. It’s inside a tent but the intake is coming from the basement itself.

I’m concerned about drying, as there is probably mould spores I imagine whilst trying to dry maybe this is where I’ll get the rot?

Is it worth drying else where or shall I put hang it in the tent with a fan controller and no oscillating fan, just the in and out take?

Try and relocate the drying. Probably bad for the weed period but who knows. But drying there is no light so that could be the issue.
 
You want a dry warm dark area for best drying conditions. I would stay away from my basement because it's so damp down there, not sure how yours is. I hang it to dry right in my bedroom keeping it as dark as possible and never had any issues.

When I hung it in the bedroom I did not use a fan, I ran a string tied to window curtain rods across the room, wet trim and hang the whole plant. I also have a 3'x6' closet I use to grow in, when I dry in there I will leave the filter fan on for air circulation but no fan blowing around in there. I try to get as much fresh air as possible but I feel air blowing on it dries it out too fast.
