So those are completely safe until what week of flower?Looking good!
Be on the defensive for pests.
Spinisad and BT are your friend.
Alternate weekly was my regime.
looks great.. tint is right, now's the time to hit them w/bt... kill those little pillers now while their young... if you spray weekly for the next few weeks you shouldn't have to worry much after thatAnyone who has read my threads will know I haven’t had the best of luck, but now I’ve got a plant setting bud and looking good to go for a first. Just wanted to update everyone with a pic or two.View attachment 4372721

That means an enormous amount coming from a grower of your caliber, I am honored.Great job
I ordered the BT yesterday, I’ll start spraying as soon as I get it and continue weekly as per your advice.looks great.. tint is right, now's the time to hit them w/bt... kill those little pillers now while their young... if you spray weekly for the next few weeks you shouldn't have to worry much after that
To me it looks like it could use a light dose of N and an Epsom salt feed. That's a tad bit too much fading this early.View attachment 4374292 I just want to make sure that the yellowing looks fairly normal to everyone, I don’t want to give any nutes if I don’t have to. It has progressed a tad beyond this picture, but still only the oldest leaves.
Ok thank you so much, exactly why I thought I should ask.To me it looks like it could use a light dose of N and an Epsom salt feed. That's a tad bit too much fading this early.
Wow that is a bummer! It's your grow Tho and you are in charge. I would have left her another 3 to 4 by looks of it....try spraying early with actinovate next yr. Should keep any PM or rot at bay. Good luckWould just like to inform everyone that I had to chop it last Saturday due to a combination of poor wet weather and also my lack of ability to give it the attention required at the later stages of flowering. I realize it was a week or maybe two early but it is definitely sufficient to get the job done, me and a friend rolled a doobie of it fresh from some popcorns and got a wee bit baked. I’m expecting about an Oz once it’s finished drying, had some mold forming on some of the smaller interior buds so it is probably a good thing I chopped it when I did because we were just gonna keep getting rain and cloudy days for a good while. Sorry for the garbage trichrome picture, I had to screw an objective lens off of a microscope and zoom In on my phone through said lens to even get a half decent look. All in all I’m happy with it and it will only get better from here, cheers everyone!
Before anyone chews on me about being several weeks early or yada yada, just understand that I would rather be safe than sorry, and I’m not really sweating this to a high degree. Pests were becoming more of an issue and I wasn’t gonna be around to spray, as well as the moisture/humidity problems. PM and some form of bud rot was beginning to effect the plant, and I would just rather end my worrying and start planning for next year while still getting a useable crop. Total flower time of about 8 weeks
Yeah sadly i had to move for college so coming back on the weekends was the only opportunity I would have had to maintain it and that simply wasn’t gonna be viable. I will definitely mark that spray down because if I would have had a near guarantee on the mold prevention I would definitely have left it. Next year I plan on using some named genetics for the first time, I look forward to it. Thanks for the advice and following alongWow that is a bummer! It's your grow Tho and you are in charge.
