Well I'm using zip lock baggies for humidity dome for one hahahaha! I accidently broke a couple main branches off one of my girls outside. I was low stress training it and it kinda turned into high stress training when I got distracted by my wife as I was pulling the wires down on it to open it up some. Quickly gave them a 45 degree cut and dropped them into a cup of water. I went to home depot which was the only p!ace open and got some Wilson root stim and a couple foam starter blocks then dipped them and put them into the cubes and burried them in soil. Not sure if they are gonna take . I hope so cause they are very healthy meaty cuttingsWhy wouldn’t it be ideal for the clones?
Ditch the baggies. Go natural. Mist occasionally but can anything with humidity or risk damping off. They’ll survive. I clone outdoors in Alaska. Starting mid-May. Direct into dirt and forget it.Well I'm using zip lock baggies for humidity dome for one hahahaha! I accidently broke a couple main branches off one of my girls outside. Yes they are in foam starters and Wilson’s root stim it’s all they had at Home Depot lol. Bags were off since yesterday morn. Fans are circulating air inside tent and it’s exhausting once an hour right now for 15 min to keep the humidity where I need it and I’m misti g them morning and night. They are on an 18/6 light cycleI've hardly cared for my clones, and they're in a smaller area, but like Harley said just mist them once in a while and you should be fine. Are they in rockwool? Any rooting hormones? I used hormone for a few and did some without, it definitely makes a difference. Pic for comparison if it makes you feel any better, you should be fine without the bags. I know mine aren't looking so good but like I said, they're just extra cuttings I sloppily took and hardly care for. Fans on, low humidity, mist only morning and night, still not dead lol
No doubt man you're good to go, no worries as long as they don't dry up. If you're going away, let them dry as much as you can and then soak em, otherwise just keep them from being bone dry and you'll have roots soon enough, less than 2 weeks for sureYes they are in foam starters and Wilson’s root stim it’s all they had at Home Depot lol.
