expanding system

I am in the process of expanding my Aeroponic tote system to a Bucket system in a 98x48 tent.
Has anyone done this? I have to elevate my buckets for the drain about 2 feet off the ground and trying to think of ways to do this. the buckets will be farther apart so it has to be individual.

Upside down 5 gal pails

Raising the buckets will require sorter plants. Can you drill a hole thru the floor? Perhaps there is a basement or crawl space?

Lol

Surely there's a better way than making Swiss cheese out of your floors!
Well drilling one 3/4" hole for some half inch tubing won't even be noticable if carpet is put back over it. Drill it by the wall. lol I have a few in my house for AC condensate drains, go to the basement floor drains. lol

What's wrong with letting it run back into the res? It's pure water.

I could bother with saving condensate but water here is cheap, very cheap, and the floor drain solution is easy and doesn't require any over flow prevention on my tanks. I used to reclaim the condensate from everything when I was growing in missouri, the humidity was much higher there so collection rates were significant. Here my humidity is very low so I am often actually running swamp coolers in my grow rooms to keep the humidity from bottoming out in the 20-30's. I rarely have to run the dehumidifiers.

Plus I mix nutrients in many of my tanks. I let them fill with a float valve off the RO filter, then I shut off the line to the float and add nutes. I have a pump in there mixing. Once I use the nutes I let it fill back up, takes me about 4 hours off my RO filter to get a 30 gallon ones refilled and just about twice that for my 55. So they wouldn't be open to catch water often. My 300 gallon vertical tank is only RO, long term storage and I wouldn't want anything growing in it like the grey slimy stuff that can end up growing in condensate.

My system has zero water left in buckets when done watering keeps the roots nice and healthy. so I must drain it back to the rez as water is very pricy here and can't just drain it out.. I have had no problem with anything growing in the tanks as they are on a concrete floor and are kept cooler. once my tent arrives I will post a pic to see what I'm looking at, heading to the hardware store today to see if I can find anything.

Figured it out.. make wood platforms a half and inch shorter that the othe.. works great
