Irie in your posts awhile back you were saying its not beneficial to mix the liquid microbes with the powdered ones. So do you suggest one week of photoplus and one week of ez teas?

I wouldn't say non-beneficial but more so are 2 different style innoculants. They are designed and formulated to get the best results from the types of species and the CFU's, so blending other products interfere with the designed #'s. Then there is the living liquid, which are faculative microbes that can survive in the anaerobic bottle as well as in the aerobic soil, and they start working faster once applied because they are already alive. The dry spores are activated by water and there is a delay before they come to life and form beneficial colonies, so the dry spores become a food source for the already living bottled microbes and though they will just go through the cycle and possibly come to life later, the CFU's are getting thrown out of balance. And the CFU's have been designed to Not have any one species dominate the other. So I don't mix liquid microbial with dry......and won't apply them too close to appplications of each other. So a tea day would be Cultured and I use liquids in with feeds or flushes based on my slurries. And of course my foliars get the liquids.

You guys got me really wanting to TD. I already have earthshine and bokashi i ordered some be-1 and ill grab some ewc. Any suggestions for type of ewc? Im going to probably wait for my next run to dive into TopD and brewing teas. Im having trouble keeping ppms in range as it is now so ill wait and see how flip goes and keeping soil in range. Then dig a little deeper into the hole lol.
Buildasoil has a great in house EWC and they also carry COLORADO WORM CO. EWC, I have WORM bins but usually keep a bag of the Colorado around because it's fire!! Just NO WIGGLE WORM!! Grain Fed WORM is a good brand too but I've never tried. TopD can give the bump you need to raise soil ppms......just think about it, there is no reserves in the soil to carry the plant between feeds so there isn't anything in the tank for the microbes either!! Especially with the plant taking all of it, the microbes aren't even getting scraps!! So with the balance off, all kinds of issues can pop up that are hard to pinpoint. And it doesn't take much to get things back on track, it just takes some light NPK organic meals, some more carbon(organic matter), and the microbes in worm castings & bokashi......all the things you plan on setting up for are perfect. TopD's feed the soil, nectar feeds the plant!!

Sounds exactly like the cure i need. Since i have all the stuff should i TopD a couple weeks after my flip? That way theres something there incase they keep devouring my bottles of nutes. There like little crack babies that are too reliant on my bottle food they eat it and immediately are like give me MORE!!!!. I fed them 3/4 a gallon each or 1400ppm day before yesterday slurries are 250 lol. Im gna hit em with double medusa gaia and athena and see what they do. Im gna lay off the innoculants this feed and just try to build a little. Scott said dont flip untill my soil is in the upper 300 even 4-500 i have heavy feeders. Also irie these lights are the shit i have them half way turned up at 37” and the plants are twisting the leaves away from the light. Had to raise it a couple more inches. Whats good water temp for feeding. My r/o system is in my flower room and the water comes out at about 71* F.

71 degrees is perfect water temps.

I would throw down a TopD now........I don't like to TopD past week 4 bloom. Right at flip is a good time too, then a follow up at week 4.

I would double Athenas & Demeters too, and Herc....keep Zues at 5 ml, try to hit 1600 ppm feed, then lay down a TopD and water in with a normal feed, then spike up to 1600 - 1700 again, then you should be able to work a solid Tea back into the mix!! The Be-1 will be safe at like 1/2 - 3/4 strength.........2 tsp per gallon of soil is a regular strength application, throw a Tbs of Earthshine in each pot and sprinkle 3 Or 4 Tbs of bokashi on each pot. You can layer in a 1/4" - 1/2" of castings whenever you get them, up to week 4 bloom. I mix my castings with fresh #4 to lighten them up and a aeration.

Awsome really appreciate it. Hopefully the plants do too. I basically doubled the whole feed it was 1560ppm smacked the shit out of em wit some herc. Whats a good stress relieving foliar? I just defoliated the lowers.

Can't hurt......always good to have a baseline, blend the castings 50/50 with some fresh #4 or some quality coco/perlite, then throw 2 Tbs in a cup and test that shit!!
Ok like 1 cup of castings to 1 cup of soil and spread it on top of my 7 gal pots?

Thats prolly a good starting point. I will mix up the equal parts in a 5 gallon bucket or a bowl with enough to do all the pots and maybe add a little extra, then spread it out into each pot.....1/4-1/2" thick and water in. It crust and cake up if it dries out but easily breaks up.....a mulch layer really helps maintain the casting layer.

If you really want to Kick start your TopD kit, mix all the ingredients in a 5 gal bucket and blend some bokashi into it and wet it some, not soaked, then sprinkle some more bokashi on top and cover it for a few days till the fuzz starts colonizing. Then lightly mix it up and apply to pots!!
