Help diagnosing this please thrips ?

Haven a mare this run banging my head against a fucking wall had early signs of Spider-Mite so plants have been sprayed with neem and now this any advise would be gratefully received think the dope devil is well and truly on my case

I personally don’t like neem .
This is what I use as a preventive measures in veg .

Nothing gets sprayed on my plants in flower.

Just keep at it, no one was a pro on day 1 or first crop, takes time n experience.
