You may want to look up the research that proves you are 43 times more likely to kill yourself or a loved one with your gun rather than defend yourself with it

Why do you want your wife to be unsafe like that?

Not a very good example, shit stats. Doesn't / can't take into account the deterrent factor or unreported cases of gun defense. Fail. Again.

Those statistics are verifiable and true

Speaking of things that are true, does everyone thinks that you’re a pedophile?

Size 14-1/2 MENS combat boots for size comparison. Know what I was packing? A cow bell and a can of bear spray. Loud bell, talk loudly, clap hands and be life experienced in the wilderness. Where would we find Rob Roy around here? The first pile of bear shit.

Open carry makes more sense than any government disarming the law abiding gun owner. If anyone really thinks that criminals will turn in, or give up weapons, that's just ignorance. Might as well put a sign in your yard asking for trouble.
different subject my friend, the New Zealand govt is not disarming its citizens.
Not sure why u sound scared for on the rest of ur post? You can always move to a better area.

"Owners of guns which will soon be illegal will be paid up to 95 percent of their purchase price if they willingly hand them over.
If they don't, the Government will pitch in funds for modification to make them legal."
"Weapons belonging to unlicenced owners will be accepted, but won't attract compensation. They may be handed over anonymously."

You have no idea what scared means apparently. I know English is a difficult language though. I will think of you two as a clean all my guns tonight.

Embarrassing when u have a go at someone's English when u make grammar errors isn't it?

Id also like to point out that if you happen to be an American then its not right that you have a go at other peoples English skills, the whole lot of you spell Gaol and Colour incorrectly. :bigjoint:

There are a few places I would want to carry lol. I was fishing on a river up there and was charged by a big old miserable one. Took 5 rounds in front of him spraying him with gravel to get him to lose interest.

Hey scaredy-cat

Why are you endangering the life of your wife, your kids, and yourself by carrying a gun?

But the guy who posts exclusively doctored quotes says that is not what is happening

There’s always places you might feel safe with a gun. My opinion is if that gun is the only reason you feel safe there then you are still not safe there. Knowledge of the animal and the terrain and mating seasons all help. Now tell me the most dangerous creature up here. The one that attacks and injures more people than any other one here.

Oh I get it but still lol. Even here where there are probably twice as many actual attacks from black bears we can’t carry a side arm but that’s not to say I wouldn’t like to lol. We are the country that has gun control and honestly I’d be happy with an outright ban on sidearms and I really like my guns lol.
Edit: pretty sure he would have used the bear spray as a condiment lol also I was with a born in Alaska buddy that has guided for 30 years so knowledge wasn’t an issue ;)
