Repotting seedlings On Day 2?

I have three seedlings that sprouted yesterday. I planted them on July 10th all natural in soil. However, it appears the roots are already started to come out the bottom of the small pots. Should I repot them today? Any tips would be great. Thanks.

I'd be potting up into something bigger and Not peat based either

as that may well disrupt the Ph 4 inch pot is best or about a liter
