Anyhow, no, I don't think any person of any race shopping at a store is offensive force, if the business/ property owner has made it clear they intend to do business with people on a consensual basis and they don't care which race a customer is. That would be an instance of a mutually consenting relationship, which is a good thing.

Of course if a business owner said they didn't want to do business with somebody and that somebody forcibly insisted they be served, I'd have some concerns there.

When a gun control law has been passed, it is a threat made by some people (government thugs) against other people, many (most) of whom are neutral and/or peaceful. Under your gun control scheme, EVERY person is now being threatened...with a government gun. Can you refute that ? No, you can't.


Also how does passing a law to do something, ensure that the thing you wish to have happen actually occurs ?
