Wow I only got the green crack and gorilla glue and have a buddy that got mex airlines and gsc and we are gonna make some seeds and swap. I have heard great things from mephisto genetics as well. I have seen that they do have a habit of making their genetics very very fast flowering so you really gotta be running a rdwc or coco to get the most out of his genetics because you need those girls to GO GO GO from the start. But that's just my take from a few grows I've seen from them. Fastbuds seem just right. About 10 week plants on average in their genetics and I can grow them real big in 5 weeks lol. I think that autos are only as good as the original ruderalis genes that were used and I really like fastbuds so far but I've not tried very many.

I think the first chance I get I want to grow out some of the fastbuds blueberry seeds I already have... And try to find a nice purple pheno to try this feminized seed spray on. If this works I'll probably end up buying a few more bottles and I'll have more seeds than I know what to do with.

AFN has a dairy where grower got 12oz. in soil grow from Mephisto Sam's Crack. Mr OldBoy is his name. Soil produces just as well as hydro or coco.

What size pots though? I just ordered some 3gallon fabric pots that are tall and narrow... I was planning on using these for my autos in tents. I am not super concerned about getting the biggest plants. I would rather be able to grow a couple extra plants in my tent and just have them be a little smaller. I'm looking for good quality and variety... Not so much worried about making the biggest yield from each seed.

In soil im going to say no less than 7-10 gal. For coco, 2 gal is plenty fine for big girls. If less than 5 for soil though its kind of hurting yeild. Soil needs at least 5 gal to make the 70-90 days on autos worth it.

I know..I've grow mephisto from their early days,and really dont understand how can someone write that kind of BS.. Look at reg. Seeds market 100$ seed packs and similar.. gtfo .

Well I am going to give it a try making my own fem seeds...if I can pull that off I would be happy getting even an oz or 2 per plant... I want to grow in a 2x4 tent and was hoping to keep the plants small enough to grow 4 or 6 in the tent.

just checked mephisto's strain guide and for max yield for most strains, they suggest 12 liter, 15 liter, or 20 liter pots... which converts to roughly 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 5 gallon pots. I also think their website said they grow in soil personally... so i am guessing 3 gal- 5 gal faberic pots will work just fine in most cases.

You should just go 2 gal of coco. In those you can get away with feeding 1x a day or MYABE every other. I like watering 2x a day. Couldn't handle more than that though. I get not needing lbs every plant, im the same way but you do want to get a good yeild vs pot and medium. I took down a Green Crack yesterday and it will give me atleast 2.5-3 oz fro 2 liters of coco. I know 1000% i could've had her bigger in bigger pots but for 2 liters of coco i got a nice yeild imo. You got to make the return better than the investment or no point and too small containers will definitely make you put in more effort then you get rewarded. Just my thoughts.

Thats correct but i believe they use GBDs supersoil to grow not just pre made FFOF or other stuff so they might be able to do better in 3 gal of soil.

well 2 liters is pretty close to 1/2 gallon. I think the 3 gallon pots will be just about right for what i want to do. We will see... i already ordered them and they were only like $1.25 each. they are taller pots to allow the taproot to grow further. I do want to try growing in coco but I also work long 13 hour shifts and I am gone for about 14-15 hours of the day. I really prefer some type of organic ferts in a water only style that maybe I can throw in some compost teas randomly throughout the grow. this northern cheese haze is a little runty, but i think i could grow it much bigger if i had chosen a more airy soil with fewer nutrients to start with. It isn't done, but I also have some plants that are growing pretty big in 5 gallon fabric pots right now.

With a 30 dollar bottle of colloidal silver I can make hundreds if not thousands of auto seeds. At 6 dollars a seed which is on the low side a hundred seeds Is 600 bucks. I'll take the 30 dollar investment and some time over spending thousands over the next 5 years anyday.

That is what I am thinking... If I find strains that i really like, I intend on trying to make my own fem seeds to keep myself in stock. I was going to place an order from Mephisto for about $250 worth of seeds. 3 strains, 7 seeds per pack... now i am thinking maybe i'll order packs of 3 instead of 7, and get a couple extra strains and then just try making my own seeds. for now i have ordered 3 1oz bottles of fem seed spray.

Gbd is a grower on AFN and does breeding for Mephisto. His name is Daz and he makes a supersoil mix for sale. I believe it's what Mitch and whoever else actually does growing uses. Not sure if it's on the Mephisto site for sale anymore cause it was always selling out but you can message Gbd and get his soil on AFN.
