Bud Rot or Something Else?

I have two plants in the final two weeks of bloom and one has two buds that started to turn brown. They were raised indoors but moved to outside for a few weeks because the weather was perfect for natural UV light. They've since been moved back indoors to finish off. Here are pics:



This is the canopy. As you can see it's only the two colas.



What's the best course of action? Amputate and finish the final two weeks? Or harvest now? Thanks.

If questionable remove any affected growth and try to keep going. Be sure to cut back well into the healthy tissue to ensure removing everything. Light type and distance from canopy?
