yeah i was the same way. since i was little i had trouble sleeping but it got much worse in high school. i would go to bed around 5 and have to get up at 6 for school. i slept in most of my classes and my grades really suffered. one thing i did to improve this was move my computer away from my bed and only use it for sleep. I used to sit in my bed for the majority of the day so it fucked up my sleep cycles. even with this i still had trouble sleeping but since ive been smoking i go to bed at like 10 or 11 every night and get atleast 8 hours of sleep. thats saying something concidering im a college student.

i do bbb and even wake up in the middle of the night and smoke more bbb or during bed whatever lol what i mean is i smoke before i go to bed and often wake up at night and have to smoke more and when i get up i usually wake n bake but it is not like a need to wake n bake like i have a need to smoke bowls before bed and halfway through the night.
