Yeah I love some good fried chicken. I like collard greens, grits, cornbread, pecan pie and pulled pork sandwiches. Not sure if pulled pork sandwiches are southern food, but in my head they are.

I'm a little picky when it comes to Cajun food as I do not like shrimps or crawfish, well I've never had crawfish but I'm sure I wouldn't like it. I like some gumbo as long as no shrimp is in it. I just don't like any kind of seafood at all

pulled pork is an export from mississippi and south carolina, but it can be found anywhere in the region.
you have a nice choice of sides there too but you left out the fried corn an dirty rice.
go to a good Louisiana or orleans style restaurant and order the blackened chicken with some red beans & rice with a slice of praline bread pudding for dessert.

Anyone who has read the Civil War mission statement and understands English understands what that flag stands for. The war was lost and it's over.
