Looking at going towards RDWC, saw a 12 pot system by Urban at £400, a lot cheaper than others, has anyone used or heard any reviews about this system? Thanks,

If you can watch a few YouTube vids, and have some basic tools, you can easily build your own for much less. You can also customize it to your needs. A much better system than 12 buckets is using 6 x 27-gallon HDX totes. They take up the same space as 2 buckets, but hold much more water. More water is much better than less. It helps keep your temps cool, pH balanced, helps prevent the need for flushing, etc...

Take a look at my grow thread. Many of the pros here use many of the same components/totes.

They also sell 17gallon totes of the same model that are the right size for 2 smaller 2.5' plants if that's more your setup.
