Maybe 4-5 weeks, definitely more then 3, it has no signs of maturity yet. The buds are completely covered with fresh white hairs(stigma), which means the plant is still in full flowering swing. Once the stigma turn redish and shrink back towards the buds you are into the final stages. At that point you have between 1-3 weeks left depending on phenotype. During that last 2ish weeks the buds won't look like they are getting any bigger, but they are swelling internally, and packing on weight. Often times branches will fall over or snap at this point from the weight, so make sure you have supports. During that last 2ish weeks is when they also ripen up. This is when you can check trichomes if you want.
I strongly encourage all growers to actually have patients and let their plants finish properly. You've already put work into getting your plant to this point, I hate seeing people cut early.
