literally cant get ahold of greenpoint

Hey so i won an auction on green point. on the 6th or 7th day after i made the order i sent them a tracking number for the cash i sent them by usps.(mind you at this time the order had not been cancelled. I checked) now i go on there and it says my order has been cancelled almost 2 days after i sent them a tracking number. I emailed them 3 times and have yet to get a response. is this usually how they do people? cancel there orders before even checking there email to see if said person sent them a tracking number? how do you guys get ahold of them? I would really like them to reach out and clear this up. I sent them cash and am worried. anyone else have another email or phone number that isnt on there contact page? Thanks

When I was ordering a lot of greenpoint I had that happen to me. Before I got ahold of them, my order showed up. I'm pretty sure if the money shows up they'll take care of you.

If you win some good stuff(copper chem $140) cheap he'll void the auctions. Some people get good stuff from him but you can find better more consistentsy too.

Yea he is joke of buisness owner.. Same thing here. Sent 2 envelopes on the 10th of may with cash but hes tring to say he didnt get them.. After numerous emails and basically him calln me names cause i wanted my shit i said fuck it and orderd from people who value custumers.. Previosly i bought 11 strains from him no problems but this time he was dick and quite arrogant.. But if in person i guarenntee u he woodnt get one word of disrepect out his mouth and hed b missing a couple teeth. Ud think if a custumer has orderd 11 times from a company that greenpoint wood b a little more apprciative to people who give him money. Instead he sent me 4-5 emails basically calln me liar and acting like i was trying to scam him like he did me.. Its funny but do u member it was the same week of may that greenpoint sent emails out saying they was having computer problems and not to contact them til end of week. Well thats when i shipd my money to him.. But in his eyes there is no way his famous company could hsve messd up on my order.... But its funny ive seen probally 10 people that got screwd by him all on that week he had issues.. But if ur suck ass member or kiss his ass online he wil gladly square up with them people.. But call others with same problem liars and all was during that week in may when he sent emails to all saying he was having problems.. Well it cost him my buisness.. Im out 80 bucks but he lost a repeating customer. Just go to tge greenpoint thread and bad mouth him. He wil cowardly answer u back with insults and u can see his true colors over there. If i was trying to scam him id of said i sent 500 bucks worth of orders n money. Not say im missing 2 orders i sent so his childish comments shows his brain iq for ya.. Hell he even sent beans to customers that wasnt even cured yet. Wet fresh beans...lol he is rookie with big mouth online.. Or one of those telephone tuff guys but if wed cross paths in real life id bet my house he woodnt b so cocky. All cause i wanted what i paid for and theres no way his company could have messd up.. Hell he even used it agsinist me thst i took advantage of his sales and auctions....? Thst makes sense dont it.....?
 
His stuff is super fire or super bust from all i see. No in the middle but yeah, he has a shisty feel to him business wise. I know Attitude seedbank was out of his stock, id buy discount from a bank but ever from him direct.

Ive got 11 of his packs yet not opend yet. Theres just to much of a bad taste in mouth from all of his lies and just the fact a man cant admit when hes clearly wrong is spineless imo. I have closed my account with them. He couldnt even apologize for the bs that went on. I even told him if he didn't want to ship me my 2 orders it was fine. Or i offerd if hed just help out with like a couple random seeds he had laying around just to ease the situation over and id of moved on past my loss. But he chose to b a smartass and still insist his company is perfect that never makes mistakes.. I couldnt beleave the petty excuses he was emailing me on how i shud b very thankful to him cause i used coupon codes that offerd to the world not just me.. And basically talkd shit on me cause there was times i won auctions and didnt pay for them cause shit came up with family and i chose to use my money on my kids instead of buying seeds.. When i won the auctions i had the money and intended on buying them then next day shit came up and couldnt buy em. It just shows hes got alot of growing up to do in this trade or he wil b just like many others that thought theyd nump on bandwagon of chucking pollen on everything and rename it without testing them. I mean hell he didnt do anything that was his own ideas, or anything originally his.. He just lied to original owner of chemdawg (jj) and used another guys had work, and just chucked it on whatever wanted ... He took a good strain that wasnt his and has ruind it by coping the hell out of it... Its like a when a good new song comes out on radio. At first in beginning its good and kool song. But when thwt radio station plays that song 5 times a hour it gets old real quickly.. Thats what he has done with chemdawg, hes copied it to death. Chemdawg and all the phenos r pretty good but people get tired of the same shit and want variety.. Thats why he wont b around in tbe game very long... No other breeders like him either. Almost every other real breeders talk shit on him all the time. There are breeders that care bout the people growing their gear and buying from them. Even if he was only in the usa selln beans id still not buy from him.. I debating on selln off every pack of beans i bought from them at half of his prices just to get his gear out of my rooms.. What a huge shame and disappointment he has chose to do to people that has bought 11 strains of his in 6months... All to b called names and treated like trash cause i was wondering where and why my 2 pacs of beans was??? Dont no bout u but losing money isnt fun. Then to b treated like trash from the same company i just dropped500 bucks with previously was quite shocking.. So just save urself the stress and buy elsewhere cause even if he had the best seeds in world he dont give a fuck bout anyone but himself.. Sorry for another rant just pisses me off and want others to not fall for the kids methods..✌

so gu is literally stonewalling me over a couple packs of fems i think. i sent the beginning of an email chaing two weeks ago and in the beginning he acted very cordial and seemed like he wanted to get some replacement beans in my hands, i asked for my replacement of gg4 s1 and a replacement of my dub step but he had no dubstep so i asked for east coast og kush fems. I have yet to hear back from him even after many emails acknowleding that i know hes busy and that my email probably just got lost in the mix but now after several more cordial attempts i now just think hes blowing me off over a couple of bags of fems. Pretty messed up because there not cheap bags of fems. Im a regular buyer and the one time i ask for some replacements i feel shafted. I got very bad fem seeds to begin with. This sucks, I really wanted some gg4 s1 and some og fems.
 
I understand things coming up... But others who wanted those seeds from the auction were denied them because you bid on them and then you don't send the money... That is not cool at all. And you used the plural AUCTION(S). So this is like a habit for you. I wouldn't order from greenpoint just because of the reputation, but seems you are on the same boat as the guy you are bashing.
 
I think it is perfectly understandable for a business to want to avoid customers getting a hold of them. There is no telling what some crazy will do once they put their hands on you. Sure it's an assault/battery but do you want to call the cops out to your illegal seed bank business? Best to just avoid the whole situation. That's why most banks use P.O. boxes and maintain a low public profile.

Ok ? Those same others that are wanting the seeds i couldnt pay for, can simply go to the greenpoint forum group on his site, and he resells them and offers them to people who sign up to get the gazette.. Give me a break , i didnt order from him and stay up late many times to win auctions, only to not pay for them. I got 11 packs right now so i must of paid 11 times. Theres people who do the auctions just to fuck with gu try too ruin his auctions.. Thats not me if i didnt pay it was cause somthing came up with family. Id sit up on weekends til 3-4am to win auctions..
My thing was on his site when u order it said u can pay with cash just do it this way... I did it his way and when i emailed him like 3 weeks later, he acted like i was lying to him. This is after ive orderd 11 other times from him. And the day i put my orders in mail to pay for the 2 orders i get a email saying hes havn computer problems not to contact him until end of week? Then nothing shows up to me. So the facts of him telln people they can send cash if they do it how he says, the problems he had with computers, made me think the screw up was on his end just a simple mistake... Well i was told theres no way his company makes mistakes..... The first perfect company and people i guess...? So with not even wanting to kinda help the issue settle over and keep me as a customer he chose to b wise ass, and force repeat custumers to close theyre account and spend there money elsewhere... I didnt buy from him cause of a reputation. Not sure where ur getn that from.

So after all that b4 u wanna offer all of your thoughtful information, plz get all the facts b4 u wanna try to b disrespectful to me. After 20yrs of growing, theres more strains as good or better than a handful of stardawg crosses.
 
A couple months ago, I won 2 packs at auction. Admittedly, I won them after the auction weekend ended and the site was up. I send the cash and sent him my tracking number. 2 or 3 weeks pass and I see the order was canceled. So I sent another email asking about my order with the screenshot of my original tracking. 1 month and 9 messages later, 6 of which were mine, he tells me "the tracking doesn't exist". No shit!!! Its been over a month, of course it doesn't work!!

I'm currently trying to get an exchange on last years fems and I think I'm done after this.
