It's Mueller Time

In light of all documents being turned over to FBI with no assertion of presidential privilege, and given that no collusion or conspiracy was found, how outraged by Trump ‘s obstruction of a non-crime should we be?
No proof of an underlying crime or not enough evidence of underlying crimes has nothing to do with and is not the same as obstruction. There is evidence of obstruction. There is so much evidence of obstruction that it is enough for impeachment. Did you read the Mueller report or is this just contempt prior to investigation. 199 criminal charges filed, 37 indictments and 5 guilty pleas.

Yes, there is evidence of obstruction of an investigation into a non-crime (Trump conspiracy with Russia). What will this mean if the surveillance of Trump is not fully legit? The coming month may be telling.

Not enough evidence to prove "conspiracy" with Russians is not the same as "no collusion". Plenty of "collusion", which is not a legal charge, absolutely happened. The Trump team absolutely welcomed the help. Then there's the obstruction instances that are spelled out in the Mueller report and amplified by Mueller's recent statement. Obstruction of Justice is a felony. How do you not get this?

He’s so dumb he thinks you can’t obstruct if there was no crime

Was Trump exhortated? Mueller made it quite clear he couldn't come up with sufficient evidence to.

Mueller also stated there was multiple instances of obstruction and collusion .

The report was conclusive enough to prove obstruction and collusion. Though inconclusive about one of the prime suspects, Trump.

Sounds like the investigation should have remained open until a conclusion was reached to me. Isn't that how investigations work? It was by no means an unsuccessful probe, so why pull the plug?

I'd start by asking Bill Barr...

Yeah, it was a swing and a miss on the central issue of the investigation. Game over. Dems should impeach in house just to keep base happy, but I don’t see it as a win for them in general election. Pray economy tanks, that is easiest path. Yield curve keeps inverting so not hard to imagine.

Weak. Maybe you can get a job with TrumpTV, AKA FuxNooz.
Edit: Will Trump win the popular vote?

The hard part is proving they knowingly let it all happen. How do you prove this without an admission? Extremely hard to.

I'm praying he gets caught up in all this shit, aren't you?

Exhortated? Lol. Suggest you look up that word. Presumably you meant exculpated.

Trump was the target of the probe, all else is irrelevant. More info coming on how this all got started, I think it will be relevant.

Trump has the resources to take on every one of those and tie them up in court for well past another term. You won’t get to a verdict on any of them. The finality of the Special Council being over is a big issue.

I hear you, though why are you blaming the Democrats when it should be the Republicans screaming murder, and assuring the Democrats support in the senate for impeachment?

The Republicans are almost commiting obstruction themselves doing this.

All for some stupid shit show about red and blue pride. Blame the Republicans, they're the ones who'll stop impeachment from happening.

Republicans rather like having a Republican in the office. They have all the cover they need to not go along with impeachment. Simple political reality. I just observe, not my system!

Yeah, it is a binary outcome, either they charge or they do not. Presumption of innocence in our legal system.
Yes, innocent until proven guilty, and fortunate for him it's the right presumption to have. Still doesn't stop me, anyone else from realizing the obvious though.

Unfortunately if you're an American it absolutely is your system, whether you like it or not.
