Critique me - and don't hold back.

My first thought: I waited a long time for first tie down...

Annnnd go!

BONUS PIC: check out the deformity last pic on the new growth. Some (likely drunk) driver ran into a transformer this past Saturday at 3am on the dot knocking power out for 2 hours. No biggie...

Fast forward to 1pm that afternoon... I literally just threw a 12 lb. briskett on the ELECTRIC smoker and boom - power out AGAIN. Power company was likely doing the real fix/patching the easy fix they did at 3 am. It was out for only about an hour this time but I wasn't happy at all lol. Tried to let them sit in a window for about 45 min while I ran to the store.

Pretty sure that caused this but not sure, could always be genetics but it's def. the first time I've seen it... My other girl (MK Ultra) is doing just fine.

Shameless bump...

Definitely didn't pull the main stem down enough... woke up this am and she's already about 3/4 back to normal position. Might have to try pulling the top/main stem down a little more.. Not very successful so far!

You have to tie it down or it will just keep going back up... if you goto walmart in the arts/school section they sell things called "fuzzy sticks" they are like super soft pipe cleaners, they work amazingly well and don't hurt the plant, i have like 10 on each of my plants to keep them in place til they settle.

BTW... you should put one at the base of the plant opposite of the side you are bending to, just to keep the lower stalk vertical

Very nice! As the title implies, this is my first time doing LST so I'm a little un-versed and trying to be as careful as I can to not f anything up! lol

I'm looking forward to the extra flowers in the end! fingers crossed!

No problem... when you break one in half (you will... i did.. everyone did) don't panic... tape it up and get it supported so the 2 sides stay together and it will actually heal stronger than it was, but takes like 2 weeks.. might want to look into grafting wax, better than tape.
