Asked and answered, but for you a review, the FISA judge relies on full disclosure in the application. If exculpatory evidence is withheld, not a legal application. ie, the FBI tried to fool the judge, judge no like.

I expect the justices of the Supreme Court may well be the ones to answer the question. A reading of the plain language of the tax code indicates that Congress does in fact have the legal authority to request and obtain tax information from any filer, including the president. Therefore, if Steven Mnuchin, the secretary of the Treasury, refuses Congress’s request, he would be violating the law.

They just turn it into a fake conspiracy theory. For conservatiive religious nut jobs like @Bugeye , those are like Jason or Freddy Kruger. Every time you think you've finally killed the fake bs with facts it comes back to life.

We were discussing Barr. Issues of this nature going before courts would be in keeping with constitutional processes, would they not?
