This is a keyless lampholder socket:

You can screw the bulb into that, and then plug directly into the power strip. They sell these at home depot, lowes, etc. :)

Your lampholder sockets may have a differently shaped plug in, because you don't have the same outlets as we do here in the USA.

In all honesty I doubt you will be able to find any.

I've looked all over the place for them, BnQ/Wilkinsons/Homebase to name a few..

I just don't think they make them here.

You could always order a bunch online, with an american power cable and splice the power cables plug, swap it for a UK one?

I'm not sure if that would work though..

go to wilkonsons
you can buy singe lamp sockets that you need to wire up yourself with 3 core flex cable (also at wilkos) and you will need a plug, wiring is pretty simple, all teh fitting are marked with N and L and the other is for the earth.

to wire multiple sockets together you just wire it up as normal but also wire it up to another socket so if you had two sockets the first one would have 2 live, 2 nuetral and 2 earth wires in each hole, and the last socket would have one of each. if you get stuck i will try and post some pics.

if you just save your money for a small hps and proper hiding capabilities you will never regret it, or you can be like me and spend $50 bucks a piece on two huge homemade cfl hoods that seem great until your friend forces a 400W hps on you and your plants show the difference of night and day within DAYS. Scratch that last thought, I have two premade CFL lamps I will sell you...CHEAP!
