cloning issues? help !!!

I love to share my love for marijuana so I allow my friends to take the bottom growths for cloning. but every clipping that has been cloned from my royal queen seeds chocolate haze has died instantly while my other strains clipping has survived. what could the problem be is it plant stress, the strain or something else? this is an issue for me since I plan on taking a clone of this plant during harvest.

some strains are more finicky than others. just remember clones will take in all moisture through their foliage since there is no root system yet. be sure to spray foliage with water to optimize success. I also put a zip lock bag that I'll spray the inside over the cutting to trap moisture. Good luck

I had problems with royal queen seeds and clones critical clones excellent royal gorilla is slower but special kush takes between 3 and 4 weeks to get good roots going it’s tried and tested it took me ages to get to grips but now I think I got it down to a t.
I just cut my branch with scissors make a clean 45angled cut with a scalpel dip in root it gel and straight into a moist jiffy pellet leave it for a while a spray a day inside the dome and over the cuttings and in the corner of my veg room so it’s nice and warm and away from direct sunlight works every time and nothing special

what I do is take a clipping trim at a 45 degree angle, dip in water then root toner, and put it into soil. I think I figured out the issue we were leaving to much stem. I took a clipping last night and trimmed it down to 3-4in tall and she survived the night where the others would have wilted by now. I guess RQS doesn't like long stem clones.
