Can I decarb the oil after I add coconut oil? I need to use coconut oil to gather all of it together

If you're after a coconut oil extraction, (CocoBudder), there's no need to do an alcohol extraction first.
I actually have a link in my sig to how I make it and decarb while it cooks in the oil rather that waste terpenes decarbing in the oven first. The pot used can be added to smoothies or baked good so nothing is lost.

Using good bud and sugar trim a 10:1 ratio of oil to pot makes a pretty strong dose with 1tsp/5ml.

Thanks I'm using some good outdoor bud and trim.. I guess I'll have to experiment, I don't want to make the oil too light

There is no 'food grade' ISO as it's poisonous no matter how pure it is.
If you have real 99.6% Ethanol then it's not denatured and would say on the label if it was. It won't likely be grain alcohol tho but ethanol made in a factory. Medics used to call it Bug Juice and it's fine to drink but not advisable to drink it straight. Pure alcohol absorbs water quickly so after one use even with distilling to reclaim it it'll be down to 95.6% or lower but still fine to drink or use to make more oils. A desiccant like zeolite is used to remove the last of the water to get higher purity.
If it's RSO type oil you're after then soaking in solvent with heat will extract all the plant compounds. Will be crap to smoke but it's what you want for medical/edible use. If using ethanol you can leave a little of it in the oil to dilute it to make it easier to handle.
In Canada now you can get up to 14 years in the slammer for making oils using flammable solvents so I'm good to go making my cocobudder.

There are periods in that not-so-large paragraph.
You can't dilute the oil with water. I cook off the iso in a pyrex pie plate sitting on top of a pot of simmering water. Lots of stirring until no bubbles show any more and it looks like this. This is BHO tho and not RSO.

I used 99.9% iso and wound up with nothing crispy.

I scraped the plates that I let the filters drain onto and then put everything I scrape up in wax paper , fold it , then heat a hair straightener up to 250 and literally just run it over the folded wax paper twice or three times . This melts it and spreads it. Then i put it in freezer for few hours. It comes out like glass. My first washes come out really amber. These are pics of my second washes.... I 4got to take pics of my first and my girlfriend smoked it all lol.
