5 days flowering

Hey all, 5 days flowering and looking ok so far. Had to go with MG soil with my very limited budget this time and hope I can get something decent out of this grow..

4' × 4' tent
1000w dimmable ballast MH/HPS

Right now I'm under 750w MH and plan on switching to HPS by the end of the month.

Any input would be appreciated.

I feminized a few kush / haze from my last grow. Hope it worked.

Right now is when they need all the light available.
Switch to HPS and turn it up to 1000.
MH is for veg, and that's when you would use the dimmer (seedlings/young plants)
Plants look good

I have to water and rotate tomorrow and will switch to HPS. Probably keep it at 750w about 15 to 18 inches off canopy for now. You definitely confirmed what I was thinking.

Terrible idea, way too close for that light.
Turn it up and back it up to 36" above canopy.
Much better light distribution and less heat on your plants.

I have plenty of air and ventilation, I'm flowering under MH to keep vegetation then switch to HPS when pistols show but my soil sucks...lol

This is 2 plus weeks under MH last year under same conditions FFOF soil.

What's your light cycle?
If it's 12/12 your in bloom, unless your growing auto's, then it won't matter.

I do 24/0 for six then flip, LST got tie points and stringers. I'm proactive with my plants.

Came out ok, 5 days hanging. Sorry not much of a journal but I'm looking for good white widow strains any ideas for seed banks are welcome?
