Can any help with my plant

I have a plant In a dwc system it's about a month old doesn't seem to have a lot of growth and leaves are starting to curl and discolour yellow and brown spots, using remo nutrients and two 250 watt bulbs, netting pots are about 1 inch away from the water lots of oxygen ph is 6 I added some pictures as well IMG_2962.JPGIMG_2963.JPGIMG_2964.JPGIMG_2965.JPG

I agree u might want to cut back a little on the nutes those roots arent big enough to support such i could be wrong but yes indeed more light how far is your lights ? If using cfl keep it couple inches away bout 2/4

I have one picture of the roots there I can take a better picture tonight and post, also I am using two 250 watt incandescent bulbs and they are about 14 inches away , last weeks feeding I doubled it not thinking it was getting enough nutrients, should I flush some water out then and change my bulbs put them closer as well?? Thanks for the help guys

Ok coo there 14 inches away not bad , personally if ima use bulbs ill go with multiple cfls just because i know it wont get so hot in there that could mess around with my humidity , have a fan by her side youll be fine i have a space in my room and it has no door so my wall ac its actually the fresh air ofc i have a fan dou , for nutes always remember your plant wont react to the new food until it drinks up/gets thirsty depending how many times u water is how many times your plant actuallt gets thirsty also high humidity will have your plant drink less due to water vapor in the air your plant can absorb that through her leafs , with that being said your plant will react whenver it starts drinking which is 1-3 days , NEVER go by what your damaged leaves tell u , remember there damamged although it well slow down the deficiency but your new growth your new shoots should look good green and healthy if there growing weird and gaining weird symptoms meaning your leafs growing weird or u still have deficiency then it can be your ph or in need of a particular nute some deficiency look alike so be careful, i read your ph is 6.0 thats good 6-6.8 is mines i would love to see those roots

Incandescent lights are terrible for growing plants. You'd be better off with 100 watts of CFL's or even less. You need some different lights. You're just wasting 500 watts of power.

Oh ok I'm picking up what you guys are laying down, I'll switch out the lights tonight to cfls , that being said should I Move them closer to the plant, and the new growth looks green and fresh which is nice, I will send pictures of the root tonight just at the office right now haha they don't look nice and white or green kinda brown with three dark spots... I feel there should be a lot more roots coming out of the bottom of the netting pot but this is my first go at hydro.thanks again all the help I can get is appreciated

Yea those roots are very very tiny not to make u feel bad but thats what it suppose to look like its first 3-5 days old seedling probably even more i never did hydroponics i cant give u to much info from there and yes pull those lights atleast 2 inches away from your plant but they have to be close to your plant just not close to the point the leafs can get burned cfl light outputs weakens the further it is away from its w.e the hell its growing i have my bulbs 2-3 inches away as the plant keeps growing u keep pulling the lights up but always with the some inches u can also buy a 2 way socket to get more cfls the more the better also i would aim for daylight spectrum or 5000k i like mines short and bushy although u can through some soft white in there and mix it up keep a fan cause these cfls through heat not like that incandescent bulb but the fact that youll need more cfls reason why it can get hot

Roots tonight look better since I fixed the light leaks and changes bulbs moved it closer and slowed down on the nutes, what's everyone think keep going this way or change it up more some new growth is starting also should I switch up light cycles yet and is there anything in doing wrong up too in the clay pebbles should I be watering from up too or anything I just want bigger roots haha shebis stretchy though

Do you grow hydro? Bad advice man. You dont water dwc. The container should always be full enough for roots to be submerged. Plant will continually drink in dwc, how much depends on size and health of plant. Ideal ph is 5.8.

My guess would be dump and clean your container, fresh water, new batch of nutes, drop your ph a little. She looks a bit light on the feeding. What ppm is your water? And what ppm are you running after adding nutes? Get those lights a bit closer. Ensure you have plenty of fine bubbles to the roots and good air exchange. Good luck man!

Make sure your room temp doesnt get too high. This will raise the temp of your res and increase the chance of root rot. Plants stretch if temps are too high also.

It looks like you need to do some more research, upgrade your equipment, then try again. Maybe try soil the first time. Lighting is a huge part of success. Took me a while trying different kinds of lighting before I bought my CMH 315. I would recommend it. The only way to really be successful is with proper lighting. No sense spending time, money, and effort if your lights can't keep up.

Yea i dont have much info on hydro thats why i noted that but its very interesting to learn about it

Thanks for the advice guys I did soil first had huge success but want to try hydro and obviously failing and can I just buy a kit for ppm? Is this why my leaves are curling it day 4 since posting and got new lights moved them closer and still curling so i guess tonight fresh water it is

Have you dumped the water and replaced with fresh water and fresh nutes at all? This should be done often even if the plant looks healthy. unlike soil when you flush when you have problems.
