I am very sad to tell you that I agree with everyone that says it is a male, but I am happy for you in that you have patience and a good eye.
@Kingrow1 gave the reply that says it all. Your first picture shows me that your plant has a group of nanas (a small bunch of bananas) just below the new growth at the top of your male plant.
If the plant was mine I would chop it right now or move it into one of my pollen rooms. (I wish I could spell; I need to edit three times.)
