Walk in cooler grow room?

I do most of my growing In a tent. Little bit outdoor and a greenhouse.

Anyway. I farm,hunt and fish ect.... I am a bit of a nut about being self sufficient.
A few years ago I build a full walk in cooler as we slaughter and process all our own meat.
We use it for a few weeks in the spring and 2 or so months in the fall/early winter.

Here are the specs.

Built from 4”thick bonded insulated panels.
Inside dimensions
4’x11’ with 7ft high ceiling.
15,000btu AC
It’s sealed up pretty tight.

I want to do one grow in it just to say I did. But I don’t want to cut into the cooler and drill holes. I put a lot of time and money into it and it works amazing and efficient.

So I think a sealed room setup is the answer.

For lights I am thinking 3x 1000watt hps.

But do you think the ac will keep up with that kinda heat in a small area? The lights will not be ducted out of the cooler.

Also how about running CO2. Hiow much is it gonna need in a 300cu/ft area?
Can I do it with tanks or would I need a generator?

Any recommendations of
Grow style?
I know access to plants with be a issue.

20lb tank and regulator should work fine. If it were mine.. might start with a 3x3 tray/scrog, and a couple 315w cmh. If all good add another, 3x3 setup.

Imho...Will need 50pint minimum dehuey.

Check out a "Sensibo" for that AC.

I was thinking 3x3s of some sort too. If I had 3 in their. I could slide them around to work on the plants.

I get approx 30 days in my 4x8x8. Only a 4x4 grow area. Thats with 12/12 lighting and average of 900 ppm. Not tightly sealed. 6k AC.

According to that site.
Room needs 3000btu
Then they say add 4000btu per 1000watt in the room.
So 12000btu more.

So according to that it’s should work.

Maybe some 600s ? To be safe.

Funny enough I had the same idea for a cooler but using an old freezer with the lid taken off and mounted open side into a small shed for hanging game on a timer. Nice cooler!

probably not since its in a building and highly insulated.

I think the AC will handle 3 x 1000 watters just fine so long as the ambient temps arent insanely hot from the AC's condenser fan.

AC heat is dumped out of the cooler
