How do you tell what plant is male and what plant is female? Post any pictures of both male and female plants.

pics of my pistils from my current grow. Feminized Strawberry Cough. i believe both pics were off the same plant ( im growing 3 strawberry coughs all from same breeder and all fem ). i do not have any pics of males as i have yet to grow a male personally or a hermie. i typically only grow fem seeds.
Right on. Thanks. I appreciate it

no problem figured it might be useful to someone XD. i got other pics in my signature; that is my current grow and 1st grow log if your interested plants are currently in week 8 of flipping to 12/12 but prior i took pics daily and temps/rh logs excluding water temp. trying to take pics daily again during flowering just been busy over the past 1-2 months to really keep at the updates.

I would dispute thats a male, too early too tell there :-)
It looks pretty male, the base of a calyx won't stem out from the plant, it'll just grow directly from it where as the males balls are on a stem, the picture isn't the best but it looks to me like it's on a stem a mm or 2 long.

If you're not sure then wait until you are. It's not going to do any harm to wait until actual male parts are showing. I think people are too quick to say "Male" and yank plants sometimes.

This site has seen its fair share of weirder female preflowers that also look the same and at this point unless your pro you should dismiss these very early tiny things and wait for the real fully formed structures that are are not debateable.

Many years of peeps calling such stuff male and me burning them when it subsequently turns out female means there are more considerations than just the obvious logic.

This and mother nature is a nightmare, if she were easy the whole subject could be taught in a day maybe hours :-)

If you wait till you either get pistils or pollen it should be really easy even for the first timer :-)
Im 9 days into flower. Just want to catch as soon as possible. I think on one i might see a few pistils but the other plants aren’t showing anything yet.

I have read different things all over some say they can tell whether the plant is male or female as early as 10 to 14 days mostly everything else I’ve read has said 3 to 4 weeks you should be able to tell the sex of the plant. Was just hoping to get some insight from everyone else.
