Damn its been quiet here lately!!.....I guess that means everyone is killing it with NECTAR!! I've been busy with work, I slacked on worm bin maintenance and had to dump bins out and re-wet them...the worms were all fine, but dry pockets started on the edges so I dumped in a tub and filled the pump sprayer, added: yucca, Extreme Serene, Rootwise microbes, Rootwise enzyme elixir and some soy protein hydrolisate, and TopD in some malted barley and frass. They are all ready to be harvested, so with the little bit of food and fresh innoculant they should be FIRE in a week or so once they settle back in to the moist "All CASTINGS" media/bedding and eat the barley/frass I will have 25 gallons off high quality vermicompost!! If anyone interested in starting a bin LMK, I can give tips and suggestions to get you started.....PS- it's a game changer!!

I've been thinking and im really gonna keep things simple , only gonna use nectar or works well with nectar and thats even when I amend soil im gonna use the 70/30 soil and one shot and thats it ... even my teas gonna keep it simple and only use cultured tea , photo plus , maybe fish shit .... of course be using Bigfoot when needed .... im having a few issues with amended soil im using now and gonna use fresh #4 soil and see what happens ..... thats a nice write up Irie !!!!

leafs are droop looks like over watered but are not tip curl like a nitrogen tox .. ph is 6.2 but the ppm where over 1000 ... so I just start with fresh soil....will see ....

I'd say mag issue, can show in many ways and a sad droopy plant is one of them. I think the 1000 ppm is fine and will prolly get you through 2 weeks before bottle feeds needed. My recycled is a little hotter and has a ph of 6.8, I started light feed after a week, they are quite happy.....I had to supplement mag as seedlings and continued after transplant into recycled, and now relying on Demeters. Also cutting Zues through that learning curve was prolly the biggest benefit.....nutrient antagonism can be MOFO..... I equate these tweaks to the Buildasoil feed schedule as it relies on a rich soil mix like our recycled mixes with a once a week feeding at 1/4-1/2 strength of a product that is basically powdered Zues, also feeding fish amino, aloe or coconut, microbes, TOP D, etc Once weekly to feed the soil and maintain the law of minimums. Without soil testing its difficult to dial in and figure out, I've had to rely on what the plant tells me, my experience and recommendations from Buildasoil/Oregon's Only/OCG/etc. It sux yours is fighting you!! You are growing new strains too right? Could be heavy mag feeders, once the plant mines all the available mag and doesn't have enough to meet its needs, ALL other nutrient uptake is dropped to the lowest point, in balance to the mag availability(or whatever micro/macro needed) so build up occurs, lock out, and ph swings. I hope the fresh #4 transplant gets you back on track, best thing to do most times is the KISS method, but don't give up on recycling or AACT's completely, they can be powerful tools. I havnt used any photo+, CB EZ Teas, mammoth, etc. this time around, first 14-21 days I get Bigfoot to infect the roots, then an innoculation with Rootwise Microbes and been using Korean Natural Farming techniques/microbes on TEA days with Bokashi blend TopD's....and approaching my BE-1 window....been working great, and they still gobble up the Nectar!

this morning there praying after the transplant from last night , I did add big foot granules in the hole and gave it a lite feed ... environment is stable at 79 degrees , have the 630w at a good height and now im going to be on schedule with the FFT/FFF ...

Good to hear!! The castings and biochar in the Bigfoot prolly responsible for the quick turn around, alongside a higher soil ph in the #4. Do you know if you got females yet?

yes my grow is going really good I have definitely up my grow game hanging out with you guys for sure THANK YOU.....right now im working on homemade bokashi ban, I've been making my own EM-1 for a couple of years now so I thought id give it a try.IM about two weeks into now, making the ban that is, has anyone done this before whats the good sells and bad smells, right now it smells of fermented apples with vinegar mixed in it and it looks good any input would be appreciated.

That's awesome, I've never made bokashi before but I have made fermented extracts and you will know if you have lost the batch, it will smell awful. As long as you keep smelling the scents you mentioned your in good shape.....yeasty, vinegar, alcohol, wine, etc....
I have a gallon of 3:1 molasses to water that I put 30 ml Of SLF-100 and let ferment that smells like straight booze!! It's badass stuff, NO lead blanket effect from the molasses....the SLF breaks it down to an available form, I use at 5-10 ml per gallon.

Just need a bucket with an air lock or I used a one gallon glass fermenter pitcher than I got online for $10 that has a built in air lock lid and little dispensing spout. Just mix7 it up and put in the dark. 3-4 weeks later and it smells like moonshine. The long carbon chains get broken down and all the micro & macro in molasses become immediately plant available. A guy at my grow shop is a Korean Natural Farming guru and he passed this tech on to me......this guy ferments anything that's not nailed down.....he makes all his nutrients from scratch.

sinse im growing veggies too , I using amended soil for them ... grows are going good , we had very low humidity (20%) so some are struggling .. today gonna start clones and top and lst .. ill keep on amending soil and fine tuning it ... gonna start remeasuring so my soil is not so hot ...1000 ppms not bad but a tad much for a young one (no shit ). .. my head wasn't into it and now im getting back into the swing of things ....

that's the spirit!! I do veggies too once weather breaks. That recycled mix can definitely get a lil too hot for youngins!! But prolly prime for a transplant into flower. I think it's prolly why Scott just throws domes one shot on it and that's it.

Got my veggie beds prepared for the season. Chopped the over wintering cover crop, threw down some light amendments ( castings, crab, oyster, rock dust, frass and soy meal), then covered it with 1-2" of lobster compost. Sowed a new cover crop blend and lightly covered the seeds with dried chopped oak leaves. Wish I could have got this work done 2 weeks but been crazy busy.....still gonna produce some insanely mineral dense high brix veggies. I'm gonna scratch in some one shot after the new cover crop is ready to chop and drop and prolly gonna do some nectar style teas/drenches at certain times for a little kick and will definitely be foliar spraying Kraken and some other goodies......TIP: foliar sprays make brix levels sky rocket but you need a brix meter to guide recipes, it's like taking a slurry reading of the leaf!!

You no how they say be careful what you wish for? Well i always wanted a nice wooded lot and i got one lol ,i moved in late fall and there is NO place on this lot that has over 6 hours of direct sun lite unless i cut down lots tree so no garden for me this year, or maybe il adopt a lot lol. anyway homie have a great season

Hey, finally seeing some flowers on my new crop... This is my first crop from seed using NFTG... I'm using NFTG soil #4, mixed with some Happy Frog that I had left over. Following the "advanced" schedule for the most part - still using up my Big bloom, Photo+ as well. Three bag seeds!

This little beauty indica dom..

This odd looking strain, hoping this is a sativa dom, certainly slow flowering (I'm just at end of 2 weeks into switch).

And this also sativa dom I think beast? I've had to super crop it three times so far...

Last two there have some droopy leaves from time to time, I think it's mostly stress from all the training... Will keep you posted! Last crop I didn't get good pictures, I ended up with a bit of white powdery mildew and chopped early...

looking good !!! I have 1 female think the other is a female and the smaller ones are to young to tell....
