How long after transplant before I start to give nutes?

I would transplant to your final pot size. A lot of people prefer to start Autoflowers in their finishing size pot to avoid slowing down growth.

Can’t really say when to start feeding unless we know what nutes and soil you’re using. I will say to be cautious with nutes on Autoflowers though as they tend to be very light feeders in my experience.

I don't know much mate..bit of a noob myself, but I know autos don't like being transferred. Do it once more into final.pot as above post says

I have never had a auto slow down from transplanting.

I had also ran plants 2x that size in a solo cup before transplanting.

Let your soil to dry slightly. Then will release from the cup easily.

Also use another solo cup to form a hole in the soil of your new pot to accept the transplant.

Put a solo cup in the dry soil of the bigger pot. Water the soil a bit. That way when you pull out the solo cup the soil holds it shape and you got a perfect hole for the transplant

Roots Organics Formula 707 medium. Haven’t given plants any nutes other than what came in the soil. Was thinking of transplanting within a week or so and then waiting a week, and then start some nutes

I’m transplanting Into 3 gallon (final pot)

Is it better to transplant before the lights go off or better to do it after they come back on?

I didn’t know if I transplanted and then the lights went out for 4 hours would be better or worse than just transplanting when the lights come back on so they have a full day of light after transplant.

Wait until the plant shows the need for them... this can be tough to get right.

Roots Organics Formula 707 medium. Haven’t given plants any nutes other than what came in the soil. Was thinking of transplanting within a week or so and then waiting a week, and then start some nutes

There isn't much food in this soil so it shouldn't take long to see a hungry plant. Being your first grow, if you haven't opened those bottles yet, I suggest taking them back to the grow shop and exchanging them for a bag of FoxFarms Ocean Forest and do a 50/50 mix of your 707 and FFOF. You won't need to feed for your entire grow as long as you don't overwater. This is important, no more than a tiny bit of drainage when you water, otherwise you'll leech all the food out of the soil.

When you say do a 50/50 mix on the two soils, do you mean completely mixing the two together or the bottom half of the pot is the fox farm and top part is the 707?
