I say 3-4 grams of fresh are good enough for a decent trip, anymore for a rookie it's hang on time..
I would recommend staying away from acid, unless you KNOW the quality is good, because some suck and will create hassles.
I'm an organic man myself now, too many variables with chemicals unless you know where they came from

We pick em up at loughcrew, august-Nov the place is fairly lush! Got 500 in a couple hours last season, cooked up about 150 between 2 of us... tripped balls!! So much so we had to retreat inside to a comfy bed and some david Attenborough doc about kew gardens. Epic visuals!

What kind of lighting are you using?
Reason I ask is because without GOOD lighting, you have just stunted your plant and it will take at least a week to recover.
I do not recommend topping at all, unless you grow SCROG and need to because of height limitations
Just let it grow and feed it well and provide good light, and that's it.
Simple :)

I thought that but its a myth, less fertile land is better for em. Running outta nutrients is one of the triggers to make em fruit. There are surrounding fields with sheep and cows tho, and the odd rabbit hole. Most of the old pagan heritage sites are a good bet for pickin, especially of they were used to celebrate samhain

Vegging under 150watts of cobs (citizen 1212 3500k) it'll bounce back no prob. I like to play around, ive done topping, lst, scrog, manifolding. Gotta defoliate and lollipop too cause of space issues

@90`s defo an internodal misfire there, should have left it awhile seen how it did...

loved mushrooms as a younger man,ate them by the hand full, made tea, ah them were the days....

Yea it coulda been interesting to see what she did, I just wanna get em going lol

Ordered some beans off dinafem, first time trying em out so we'll see how it goes. Auto amnesia xxl, auto fruit, and auto critical 2.0. Gonna run 1 or 2 at a time in 10lt pots in the veg tent.

You reckon the criticals a heavy hitter?

were at the not grinder friendly still sticky stage, 2 weeks down and only really curing now, based on some popcorns and were talking popcorns ... then yeah decent, high shallow lasting tho...

better report to follow...


ps... cant fault the genetics, defo getting more critical from them, mine were fems tho not autos, that been said seeing as mine were 12/12 from seed in small pots they were producers so cant imagine why yours wont be .... good choice of strains aswell..

Cheers, I like my sweet fruity smokes. Id always recommend blue cheese, tho ive only grown barneys farms strain and I wouldnt boast on yield. Tho flavour and high are quality.

Ive heard of it, never had a toke. Might be a while now before I order anymore beans tho.
Good call on the zinc def! Only became noticeable to my novice eye today. This keeps happening to me mid veg, (I dont bother watching the ph too closely cause im all organic) but the last 2 grows this happened cause the ph had creeped up a fair bit. Luckily theyre due a watering tomorrow tho so ill give em some ph down help balance things out. Reckon its the blood, fish and bonemeal?

whats your ph at now? where do you soruce your water?

nothing wrong with mains water for the most part, once gassed off its fine, your ph is in a nice vein maybe keep it at 6.4 ish for awhile,..

whats your feed schedule, what, of each are you giving them...

Yea im gonna start bringing the whole barrel down to @6.4 rather than a litre at a time.

Nout, I used worm castings, bat guano and blood, bone and fish meal in my soil, bitta coco and perlite in there for aeration.

Odd time I add alga mic and blackstrap molasses to feed the "micro herd", but im tryna keep it basic as possible
