I want to get some pollen and visit huge local commercial growers.

Do seeds degrade the quality of the bud ? Ive smoked some real good weed that had seeds before. So i assume not

If it were me, id just grow it out and then use it to make Oil/Hash/shatter/edibles...whatever floats your boat

or just pick out the seeds before smoking

If you pick them out its fine, they disturb the taste, make the smoke harsher and cant be vaporized, theres an old stoners tale that they lead to cancer lolol but cant always believe all the ol high goats.

Mate a rolls a roll and all personal preference. If it smokes I tokes.

I remember smoking ground seeds back in the seventies. I wouldn't do it today but we didn't know any better back then when we were thirteen years old. I think all we got was a headache.
