Our economy - once the largest without question and no close competitors - is going to lose against China and against India. Trump is now going to go after India with tariffs. No question unfair trade practices exist but his approach is to attack, attack, attack.

The GOP plan for the future? “Students should be taught coding starting young.”

No other plans at all.

Shittng your pants because a group of countries now require you to apply for a travel visa? Your at home alone getting nasty drunk again aren’t you?
Edit: you’ll be fine, I hear it’s easier than voter registration.

This is an EU, not a US of A rule.
No shit. And it was done in retaliation for Trump cherry picking nations of the EU that had to get VISAs to come to the U.S.

Isn’t requiring a passport to cross a border the same thing. That’s been in place for years.
No. It isn't. Obviously, you're one of the 99.5% of the people in the U.S. that never travel.

The EU and U.S. had a simple deal: No VISA is required to visit for up to 90 days. If you wanted to stay longer than that, then and only then would you need a VISA.

Now, instead of just grabbing my passport and heading to the airport, I'll have to apply for a VISA, pay 350 dollars for it, and do that every three years just to go to Germany, England and Italy. (Russia is a completely different matter )

The Unites States passport is no longer the most powerful on earth thanks to Trump. That distinction now belongs to Japan.

The article says $8, where did $350 come from? Also is it not just EU member countries? I guess I better read more closely if I decide to ever go there lol.

The application fee is 8 dollars. The actual VISA is essentially a three year EU passport.

By comparison, U.S. passports run 150 dollars and last 10 years. (5 years for kids.)

Tariffs do nothing but tax your own people, supply lines do not change in a week, effected companies either eat the extra cost or charge more. It’s sad.

But it’s not a regular visa, it’s a travel visa so around $8 dollars. Yes a pain in the ass and your president is still a POS.
You really are brain dead, aren't you?

It says in plain English "application fee of 8 dollars". You pay that just to apply.

Then, your VISA can range in price from 40 euro ($45) for children up to 122 euro ($137) for adult depending on which type of VISA you need. So for our family of 4, we're looking at roughly $350 to be able to do what we've been able to do all our lives for free.
