NFTG. Nectar For The Gods

I try to do that ha ha, but I don't know if I succeeded... There's still enough green to justify leaving it a while anyway, I take easily to paranoia, so I'm learning to not chop too early which I've done in the past I think. Still learning.
Chop time tough for all of us if flowering a new strain, just gotta keep an eye on the trichs and chop to your preference. Once your familiar with a strain is when you can really dial in the stages because you begin to get familiar with the plant and how she reacts thru the stages, and when she finishes so you know your window of opportunity to stack up, swell, then ripen off!! It's always a bit of a learning curve the first run.....you will get it, Nectar is a labor of love but once you nail it down, that green will fade nice and show you some color!!

I like it.....that's Damn near a mirror image of my reammend recipe.....I'm trying Earthshine for first time, used the last of the TEALab biochar and been wanting to try Earthshine. I prolly have 40 or 50 gallons #4 that needs "the business!"
P.S.- I sometimes sprinkle a little alfalfa meal to get things happening, heats up fast! Or fresh cut comfrey leaves during spring/summer months.(fresh cut comfrey leaves are badass for AACT too.

I will say I've never been able to smoke stuff right off the vine like I can with NFTG, and the taste and smoothness is already wonderful.. Just had to let a nug dry overnight on top of my wireless router :) :) And yeah, effects are spot on, I think I'm doing one to two more waterings plain as she needs it, and then chopping.

Yeah, I've never found myself regretting waiting another week to chop... :) It always surprises me just how much more they have to go sometimes...

Ripening is a growth stage like all the rest, and I if we get it right, she really rewards us!! Your definitely working those slurry #s to a great spot for a couple plain watering and a chop!! And I with you, I smoke it too from day one.....LOL

Are they gonna go into your recycled soil? I imagine so......hope you find something nice!! Most gorilla crosses can handle feed and don't need to baby them. You have some tasty stuff in your future.

This has helped me a TON getting more familiarized with NFTG. I have their entire line, and use the veg and bloom non oxygenated tea recipe also. The plants never get NPK huge, but they just cannot stack up to the aroma and taste from Nectar.
Look up "unofficial NFTG growers Bible #nectarfam"
Do you really want to know every single detail of this line, q&A on this line, why why not, teas, anything and everything that is compatible with it, and why. It is a 90 plus page PDF.
GET IT, you will KNOW why once you read it. I've seen pretty good answers to just about every question I found in any nectar for the gods thread. It's pretty self-explanatory once you go through the whole thing and you'll understand why these products work the way they do. It'll tell you how to dealI the different kinds of soil y u p h the way you do why you shouldn't not pH, how to deal with your soil why you and just general all-around information that's pretty Kick-Ass and it's almost all got a section from Scott explaining why each bottle does what it does how it does it and when you should be using it. 20190307_113634.jpg 20190306_111632.jpg

The bible is a wealth of knowledge and a great tool to guide decisions. Nectar definitely hits a homerun in taste and quality!! And if you get BK & Herc working correctly in your environment, yields can explode. Especially with the full line, but your only as good as your Slurry #s......time spent making corrections can diminish any grow methods end product. So use all the info as a baseline, track your slurries, and tweak the regimen to work in your environment accordingly. The videos from Oregon's Constant Gardener are packed with great info too and a lot of times is an advancement to the bible info.....info direct from Scott!!

right !!!! the Bible is only as good as the person using it .. then you go beyond the Bible with the notes you keep and experience .. and this forum is another great tool as long with youtube... watch some of the older videos with Scott talking and he gives some nice little secrets here and there and if email him with the right question he give up some more tips..... Nice of you Irie to see you jump in and helping .... been so busy ....

I am just touching the surface with nectar....learning more and more, and even still growing GREAT flower!! It's a game changer for sure. Now just some serious thought into better lighting, and I can only imagine what's gonna come from thst!

Quality lighting is a huge limiting factor. Bubba just upgraded to a 630W CMH, he gonna kill it with mixed spectrum!! And I bet as he documents his SLURRIES under that 630, his plants will eat more food and he will adjust his feeds accordingly, if it can be Slurried then you better believe Bubba has #'s on it!! Lol....that's what it takes though- sounds like your environment is in good shape Sly, throw down some quality light and build up plant metabolism based on SLURRIES not just feed chart recommendations....keep learning and up'ing your game!!

LOL !!! right ! I slurry damn near every thing , cause 1 time Scott said to me whats your #s and I was like what ? slurry EWC ? compost ? he said yes dummy ..... so I learn to slurry everything.... Slyness41 , #1 rule , if you have an issue the 1st thing that is ask is what your slurry ? pics are nice but we need #s to get you in the right direction .... If you ever email the beard he will ask the same question ....

I was gonna go with cob, I was talking to Irie, and he suggested the HLG stuff. So gonna do some research, and bugeting, hoping I can afford. The COB stuff is affordable, but sure liking the idea of full spectrum!

My 200W CREE CXB3590 fixture is from TIMBER GROW Lights, really nice light. The newest LED tech is the Samsung diodes on boards(quantum boards), HLG uses them and Rapid LED uses them on the Grow MAU5 pucks. Check them all out, you cant go wrong.....and like I said, temps are really easy to manage. If temps arent an issue, then 315W CMH are next best option. What 300W does today is insane!! Those 1500W LED listings can be affordable but they create alot of heat, fans fail after a year or two, then diodes start burning out. I like using 300W Amazon.com LED for seedling/clone/early VEG and supplimental light to my main source. Study up and ask any questions you need help with....we like ALL THINGS GROW Here!!

Updated Bible....LOVE IT. Thanks Irie, already found new info to help my ripening.
And I will have a full ppm, pH, temp meter here in about a week, so I can start learning the slurry testing and adjusting.
April I will figure out at least STRONGER lighting instead of my 400 hid setup.
Isn't growing FUN!!??

a blast!! 400W HID Lights are great with good bulbs, just limited by the footprint and temps in some cases. you get (4) 100W Cobs spread across your 4' length and you will kill it
