3 gallon transplant than flip? Or wait

But really, to the point of the OP....
I have had some situations where the transplanted pot was immediately flipped to flower, and really took off during the stretch. Like I started doing that regularly, as I think for awhile was outvegging the pots to an extent.
Agree compleatly.

i wait a week or so before flipping. just because. like most of my reasoning lol
If I had had more room I would. I removed my filter and put it outside the tent and am now blowing through it instead of inside the tent sucking through it. I had no choice, as I needed the lights tied to the top of the tent for the added foot or so of head room.

Don’t want to end up with 6” between the lights the plants. Tent is only 27”x27”x 5.5’

Day 5 since flip. I should of topped the smaller ones to bring up the side shoots more before flip. That’s going to hurt me. Not sure if I can top now, but I might be able to since they are only 5 days in. What you guys think? Can I top the small ones still?
Why top the small ones? Normally if you were to top a plant it would be the big ones to make the canopy even.

I typically raise up the small ones however.

I had them raised up but it’s hard to water because I kept knocking them over. I topped the big ones about 5 times.

Use something more sturdy to raise them up/be more careful or lastly completely remove them and return them the the veg area to give the bigger ones more room and give the smaller ones more veg time is what I'd do.

I did one last removal of some bud sites that were too low and made sure I have almost all holes filled with one top. Had to thin out the canopy a little. 8 days of flower so far. I can see the very start of some preflowers and more pistols starting to appear. It begins!!

Since this is my first grow with photos, when is the actual stretch phase? Does it start a few days after its flipped or does it take few weeks for the plants to realize they are in flower than start the stretch? I know it isn't so cut and dry, but there must some sort of consensus.

The reason I ask is I notice some stretch nothing major, just trying to brace myself for real stretch if there really is one. Its sort of still growing like it did in veg, maybe a tad quicker with some pistils here and there. Not in a rush I am just curious (low ceiling height).

If you look at the pic in the post above this one you will see the fan hung on the post. I can safely go to the top of that fan until I start getting worried, another 14-16" or so.. I can move the fan up so thats no issue, its the distance from the lights that worries me.

Noticed that my humidity has been sky rocketing at with lights off and staying pretty high during lights on as well. 83 with lights off and low 70's during lights on. Decided to increase air flow by putting a fan below the canopy blowing up. That did the trick nicely. Night humidity is still on the higher side but manageable at 64 with lights off and 53 with lights on.
