My baby buds turned brown week 2 or 3 of my first grow ever. Turned out to be the fact that I had an airtight door to my cabinet and no fresh air. The plants didn’t die untill I had to start flowering and had to keep it shut for 12 hrs straight. This was a small cfl grow and had no heat problems they just stopped growing and turned yellow/brown. Anyway I’m sure with all your watts of light you have plenty fresh air coming in for cooling anyway?

I open a window during the light period with to rotating fans
Ya I dunno if it’s your problem but I assure you that fresh air (C02 specifically) is critical to plant growth and without it they will simply stop growing and turn yellow. (New growth turns yellow first if I remember) sorry for wasting your time if that’s not it. Are you fans running during lights out as well?

I will have pictures tomorrow lights out now, I’ll have one fan running at night ,should I leave it open during dark with both fans going?

Having the window or door open should get you good air exchange. Consider getting a fan plus charcoal filter to actively pull air from the grow space. That will solve your air exchange issues, if in fact that is the problem.

I should say that I was always late opening my hatch so it went hours during lights on some days without fresh air as well. Plants use c02 mostly during the day so if your room is vented during lights on I’d say my theory is wrong.

Alright but should I leave the window open at night, it’s pretty cold out I would have to open my vent and toy with the thermostat a bit to dial in the temps if so

I can’t answer you because I’m not smart enough. But I’ll try. If you have a small sealed area full of foliage, a tent for example you most definitely absolutely certainly need fresh air coming in and out whatever way you see fit during daylight hours. As far as the night time. I’m not sure. From reading online it says it’s not as important at night. Because plants actually release c02 at night not consume it. But I still don’t know your answer sadly. Hopefully someone will. It won’t hurt but if temps are an issue that may override in this case?

Purple might have it... If your humidity is high it could well be bud rot... Anyway it's all just a guessing game if you can't supply decent information. Specifically a picture in this case.. will be interested to see what you post when lights are on. The bestva 2000 blurple is a beast, I run the 1k model.... It would require more than 2 ft of clearance imo
