16x clu048 1212 driver/coverage

I am going back an forth on which driver to use.

Hlg-480h-36a vs hlg-600h-36a.

I'm feeling like I won't need much more than 500 watts from the wall, but hitting around 610-615 watts from the wall might push canopy penetration a bit harder.

You can dim the 600 to 480 if you want to. But you sure as hell can't make 480 go up to 600, if its not there to begin with. And even more so, it enables you to add more strips to it if you wanted later on for even more coverage and better efficiency.

But changes the heatsinks I'll give it a couple of days thought. It's only a flowering tent for personal. And I was probably going to throw some other mono diodes and if in at some point. And just veg with a 315 cmh.

Should that be adequate lighting for a 4'Lx18"Wx7.5'H space?¿

You'll need at minimum 30w per sq ft.
You've got about 22.
You got 6sq ft of area to light up, right?

You'd have SO MUCH more success with one fotop800 board in there heatsinked and pushed to 300 watts, dimnable

I mean it's completely strain dependant but just in general, maybe 4-5 ozs?

You are better off using strips rather than COBs for even coverage, Cutter electronics have cree strips cheap at the moment and they will out perform COBs even when they are run at low currents.
