First Time Manifold Help

Morning all,

Looking for a little help on a Cookies strain that I have on the go. This plant has been topped/manifold for 8 main colas.

I am thinking of transplanting from this 1.5gal plastic pot to a 5 gal fabric pot and flip to flower in a couple weeks.

My question is, should I again cut all growth along the branches below the main tops? Or flower it out as is?

First time manifolding, it’s looking good I don’t really wanna piss it off.

Thanks guys,

IMO you have achieved the goal of having the required amount of branches and should leave everything on those branches.
Looks nice and clean.
Get them transplanted asap.

I would supercrop that and you will end up with more top sites....bend it after the first nodes so they grow straight up like manifolding.

Thanks guys. Stems aren’t too woody yet, would still be able to bend without supercropping. That was another option I was thinking.

Take a pen (sharpie) and put it behind the stem where you want to bend...put your thumb on opposite side and press until flat and it will bend over...good to go...next day it will be fine.
© Water the plants the day before doing this, they will be full of water and more pliable.

Tied this girl down one more time. Will wait another week or two I guess then transplant?

Do you guys think a 5gal is enough or should I go straight to a 15gal?

It’s going to have a 2’x2.5’x6’ space all to itself.

IMO 5 gallon should be plenty. Your manifold looks fantastic, you've done a great job but should probably get it transplanted asap

Thanks man. I’ll wait a few days for these shoots to pop up I guess then transplant. 5gal is ready, ocean forest w/ extra perlite.

Alright guys, so I took some advice and ignored the rest lol.

Transplanted a couple days ago into a 5 gal fabric pot, but I also took off more of the growth from below. I’ve read that I’ll probably get less weight total, but should be bigger colas. That’s what I’m going with anyways lol

As stated earlier more ocean forest so I will go back to straight water for a bit.

How long do you guys think I should wait until I flip? Or just go for it now?

Looks beautiful man. How long did it take seed to flip?

I was in no rush, but it took around 9 weeks from germination to flower.

Very impressed so far. It looks like I should end up with some nice size colas.

We’re 10 days 12/12. Latest picture I have is from 8 days.

Tomorrow is 4 weeks of 12/12. Buds are still stacking, looks like it’s going to be a great first experience with this grow style. Works perfect for my setup and space.

Should've put in the 15 gal and vegg for 2-3 weeks and you would've had way more yield. solid grow in the 5 gal though
