looking like I'm starting to lose some color in the leaves! do you guys think that's normal for this strain around this time? or maybe could my sip be running out of nutes?

I've got like 34 days left of flower! so I'm really hoping that this strain just starts to change color around this time!

how's this for ya @ShLUbY, i. turned the can sideways, got some good normal light, and managed to get the video to post in a decent quality! unfortunately I won't be doing it often maybe 1 or 2 more times till the end, just bc I have move my veg lights in the room and it's really a big inconvenience just for a video, I just really wanted to try and do this girl some justice in showing yall how big and great its really doing!

but I'm kinda worried I've grown it so big, it might be running out of nutrients in the soil! unless this is just about the time the gg4 naturally starts the fad, but it seems a tad early to me. 2 days ago all leaves were a very vibrant color of green not too dark and not too light. I've got 34 days left until chop! give or take a day!

I'm starting to notice the begging of a Lil yellowing! if it really is just running out of juice, it's not a major issue, I can just up the size of the sip pots(only using a 18g tote right now minus rez size) but the whole experiment thing was to not have to do anything to the soil form the time it's set up until harvest! and so far that's been going great and it could still be! just hoping to hear from other ppl that this strain starts the fad around this time!

Mine don't fade until the last couple weeks of flower. I'm guessing you might be running a little shy on nutrition. I have some at 7 weeks this weekend and they're still quite green (a little too green if you ask me lol). I'll post a pic when I go home this weekend and tag you in it. Dude you have 4 plants worth of canopy in one container... 18gal is less soil than I would use for 4 plants. You need like a 30 gal tote to go that big imo lol. Still, that girl looks incredible and I'd be as proud of her as you are :)

yea I'm thinking the same thing, need a slightly bigger sip! I guess I could top water a light nitrogen feed, I'm just not sure what, I could use kelp, or maybe recharge, one decent feeding should be enough to help her finish strong! unfortunately that's what I was trying to not have to do, but I think if I go up in pot size next time I shouldn't have to touch the soil at all! made it this far, but originallyI didn't plan to let her get this big, lol she's a monster!

what would u reccomend feeding her, it will have to be very light, and a top watering, which I normally try to avoid, but she does need a Lil something! I've got pretty much any and every amendment you could imagine!

out of all this what do you think would be best to give her a lil more nitrogen, but not too much since I'm half way through flower... even a touch of p and k couldn't hurt, I will only be doing this once! I hate top watering my sips, it always causes issues like fungus gnats!CM190129-222337001.jpg CM190129-222348002.jpg

i'd topdress some kelp and insect frass with some compost. maybe like 1/4c-1/2c of frass and 1/4c of kelp. mix it all up with the compost and just water it in to release the organic acids and promote microbial growth with water. you should only need to lightly water it in once. after that your plastic dome will take care of the rest.

I think that idea is better than any that I've had, so I went ahead a did that, I went super super light a tad less the 1/4 cup each. hopefully this will give the girl the Lil kick that it needs!

Im very disappointed that I had to do anything to this girl, and I'm positive I wouldn't have had too, if I didn't let her get so big! and since I love this system, I'll use the 4x 18g totes to cover the 5x5 under 1 Scrog, and I'll run 1x 30g totes on each side of my 4x8, each with their own 4x4 scrog! that way the giant girls that cover a 4x4 on their own shouldn't have any issues with running out of juice! I'm fairly positive this will solve my slight issue!

Is Green Cleaner organic?
as far as I know yes, supposedly able to be used in flower also but ain't no way in hell I would do that!

but in all honesty nothing that comes out a bottle is truly organic, not really, I consider true 100% organics, to be stuff that is harvested from the earth! like rocks and shit like that! at least to me! but they claim it is organic, sorry for the book! but when the bugs are bad sometimes you make exceptions! and I no longer have any signs of bugs, so I don't regret it!

Looking amazing! You getting those strong coffee / pine / earthy smells yet?
not really much if any smell. part bc I just can't smell shit, and also the new carbon scrubbers, are a tad over kill for my set up, but I can't take any chances with the smell! sadly I can't really answer that question! also I'm the worst at trying to describe any type of smell! but it's fire as fuck I can say that! the best strain I have personally ever grown!
